It bothers you because you think it is your job to convince them. We are not salesmen, we are witnesses. A salesman is judged by how many buy his product, you don't judge a witness by how many people are convicted or exonerated. As long as you tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth so help you God you have a clear conscience. What each person does with the truth is between them and God, not your business.
I feel the need to convince because, unlike you, I do not believe that the US is Babylon the Great sliding towards inevitable destruction. I believe there's a country to save, and convincing people is paramount towards that end.

Yeah, Trump.

3 originalist judges. Believes in American freedom and American sovereignty. He's not a globalist looking to make us subject to the UN. He's not looking to punish Christians for praying outside of abortion clinics. He's not looking to take away our guns.

Never said he was perfect. But, he was president for 4 years, and didn't damage the constitution. The Left accuses him of fascism, and he had four years to collectivize and militarize the population. The covid nonsense gave him the perfect excuse. Yet, America remained free and, with those three judges on the SCOTUS, he secured our constitution, which the Leftist judges do not believe in.

By the way, every president tries to push the boundaries of constitutional limits, even the ones we like. Lincoln did it. But, it is the American Left that is actively trying to destroy it. They call it "white supremacist" and "founded on slavery". They are the danger, and Trump is the only one who seems to not only be able to weather their constant attacks, but actually thrives on them.

With all of his flaws and imperfections, he's the best (human) chance the nation has right now.

As for your idiotic comments about a MAGA cult, I've made my case, and you have yet to provide an adequate response.

And how is that working for you?

Over the last two years I have been on the streets handing out about 30,000 bibles (a group of brothers, not just me) and talking to abut 90,000 people. I believe there are people to save, but that Babylon the Great's judgement is already written.

He closed down society pretty hard under Covid and was criticized by DeSantis. Who knows where that would have ended if he hadn’t been challenged by other Republicans.

Without providing any evidence he goes on about the 2020 election.

He’s on trial for an endless list of counts. Don’t give me no speeches about how innocent he is and how everything is a conspiracy against him.

The entire way of reacting to criticism of the MAGA cult speaks volumes about its cultist tendencies.

You go on and give Biden a second term. Trump is the only candidate he is capable of beating.

Can you please specifically DEFINE what "far right" means to you?

On one hand I notice there are those who see it as the peachy dream to imagine the far right in full control,,,on the other hand after the last 30 years of Red Republicans ruling Texas well little Cuba's not really that peachy after all.

Both are extreme natures and not really fit to run anything. Besides, they both have this weird tendency of trying to prohibit things they don’t like. I thought this was the land of the free.

Yep you would think out of 332 million people in the US that they could come up with at least one to represent each party that wasn't like trying to decide between a lair, a cheat, a rapist,a murderer,an adulteress ect., ....

I'm sorry, but I truly don't understand what this means.

Not to mention, you didn't address the question at all.
So what defines a "far right" person. What are their policy beliefs that make them "far right"?

Yes, I know what you believe. I stated that you believe it.

Evangelization is apparently your call. If you can help stimulate a new revival, that's great -- despite your other beliefs.

As for what's working for me, I don't know if it is or isn't. If I can plant a pebble in their shoe, however, then that's my role.

Who made that chart? Maybe I’m just too farsighted to read the small print, but as of now it’s just some random thing on the internet written by some John or Jane Doe.

It's a biblical measure of how wise or how foolish one is. Far right would be totally wise. Far left would be devilishly foolish.

The covid thing was new. This is 20/20 hindsight. I do agree though that it was a mistake. However, the real tyranny was in Leftist states. Trump seemed reluctant to push for shutdowns, but did by the advice of many around him. Still, 20/20 hindsight, it was not the right choice.

Without providing any evidence he goes on about the 2020 election.
Pontificators better than I have made the case that too much was wrong or questionable during the 2020 election. I do not have the time to go into it here, but clearly you've not given those arguments much hearing.

He’s on trial for an endless list of counts. Don’t give me no speeches about how innocent he is and how everything is a conspiracy against him.
Why not? You're always speaking of requiring evidence. Even Leftists (Van Jones for one) have expressed worry that the charges against him are weak. I'm surprised you've even bought into this. But, then again, TDS distorts reason.

The entire way of reacting to criticism of the MAGA cult speaks volumes about its cultist tendencies.
That's your evidence? So,... fiery enthusiasm over DeSantis would be what... reasonable to you? We're passionate because after years of PC crap not being stopped by conservatives, Trump has finally appeared as someone who is willing to fight it. This is cathartic, not cultic. Give me a break.

You go on and give Biden a second term. Trump is the only candidate he is capable of beating.
Not according to most or all polls. Even Dems have been switching sides. That being said, no matter who the nominee is, it's going to be a battle.

Look... you argue that passion for Trump is a cult. That only speaks to your unreasoning hatred of the man. If this passion was directed at anyone else, like Haley or DeSantis, I have to think you wouldn't be bothered by it. Can't prove it, but you've made assumptions here, without proof, and so am I.

Got to run. I now have to drive into work, no longer working remotely, which has shaved almost 2 hours off of my free time. (I do not like this job.) But, your opinions of Trump show irrationality and an imbalance of priorities -- in my opinion. The man fights for the country, fulfilled many -- not all -- of the promises we kept getting from Republicans for decades, like stopping the flow of illegal migration and recognizing Jerusalem as the capitol of Israel. He was not the fascistic warmonger his detractors claimed he'd be. He put THREE originalists onto the SCOTUS.

I'm sorry that's not enough for you, but that and much more are why I'm supporting our Cyrus. You can choose someone else who will not fight the fascists on the Left, as most Republicans are still not doing.

Gotta move on.

this reminded me of a book from, oh, must be 20 years ago, called Slouching Towards Gomorrah. ever heard of it?

here's the thing: if you (not you personally, but generally) don't know the past, you won't understand the present. if you've never read about the Frankfurt School, or read Gramsci's Prison Notebooks and heard about the long march through the culture, you're going to be missing a huge piece of how we got here.

but since the Frankfurt School (Marxists) left Europe and made a home in our universities a hundred years ago, we've been, uh, slouching towards Gomorrah. hhhhhhhh

Yup, I noticed this too.

One would think in a time of mass deception "Christians" would at least try to think for themselves and look for good source material.

The crazy thing is, there is no such thing as far right!

That term is simply a manipulation tactic employed by those that hate the freedoms we have from our Constitution and representative democracy. That's why it's so important to get what THEY think is the definition of what a "far right" person is, and what they believe, beyond the vapid responses of " MAGA, racist, bigot, xenophobe, Trump follower, etc..

I know how it sounds, but it is very difficult to have meaningful conversations with people that are so thoroughly indoctrinated with MSM dogma and narratives, they are incapable of critical thought.
They would completely disagree of course, which shows the level of success the brainwashers have had with them.
