Point to me where it says " Jesus is the Son of God and there is no other way but through Him," because I'm not seeing it.
I'm not going to debate on behalf of Islam, I'm only going to show you what they say.

Some arabs or Muslims, what ever you call you them, claim he is the Messiah, other muslims debate if Messiah means healing or traveling.

While Islam condemns adultery, it is permitted for a Muslim man to rape an infidel (unbeliever). Some women were raped by their Hamas captors. Some are pregnant. There is nothing of any moral, natural or spiritual value in Islam. It is utterly opposed to Christianity and any religion not Islam. Some Muslim countries tolerate Christians, Turkey for one. Many do not, especially the Middle East. Every culture has its own moral standards. Just because something the Bible condemns is also condemned by a particular culture does not make that culture acceptable to God.
Muslims are terrified of sinning. There is no saviour in Islam. It is a twisted and sick religion. What other religion encourages suicide by promising paradise to those who blow up their enemies? And themselves in the process?
I've seen some videos that say that the wall facing Mecca, the direction of prayer, in the earliest mosques actually faced Petra in the Levant. Al-Qur'an mentions olive trees and tribes which are present in that part of the world, but not down in what is now Mecca. Also, they argue that there is no historical evidence found that Mecca existed as a city in the time Muhammad supposedly lived there. The direction of prayer walls changed over time toward Mecca, with some being between the two locations, probably while there was some fighting to see who would control the empire.
I suspect there was a Muhammad, but I am also open to the idea that stories about Muhammad are partly a bit like Aeneas in the Aeneid is to Octavian, stories about the ruler or rulers of the dynasty modified a bit and set in the past.
