That would be like saying Satan could be born of the flesh.
We know it's spiritual because we know the children of the seed is spiritual
And we know the great tribulation is spiritual

If Jesus is the seed of the woman (and He is), I believe it is likewise possible that the serpent also has physical seed.
Genesis 3:14 - 15

if the satan has a physical seed then that means Thessalonians 2 happened well before Jesus came to preach the gospel
