The entire documentary is worth watching. The section on the history of Eugenics provides the big picture on what is occurring today by Abortion/ Baby Murder and Vaccination / Child, Adult and Senior Geriatricide.

You got right! They came up with an attractive, virtuous sounding name for abortion and elimination of the black population. Unfortunately, it's been effective in America. The inner city population kills more of their own children than not.
The American Birth Control League was Margaret Sanger's idea. You probably listened to the documentary on that. She was into killing babies and a big fan of Hitler. It was mutual admiration.
