You know the parable of the prodigal son, right?.That the father in the parable is God and the inheritance of the son is not physical riches, but God himself.
That's what people who don't love God in their heart and mind do.They leave their inheritance and live in a far country. They would rather live in their sins in Babylon. The parable is about repentance.

The son became a shepherd of swine.A true preacher would be considered a shepherd, and his flock sheep.
But what happen to the son? He became as a beast!.

luke 15:15-16
And he went and joined himself to a citizen of that country; and he sent him into his fields to feed swine.
And he would fain have filled his belly with the husks that the swine did eat: and no man gave unto him.

Is not a true preacher also a sheep? The same goes for a shepherd of swine.
These are spiritual truths. The meat of the gospel.
I guess you missed the prodical son being tempted in the story of the prodical son in Luke ,

Here's a challenge where can you can find the story of the prodical son in the old testament.

Our disagreement is that man can't be in the image of the beast. The scriptures I've posted and even explained them that fallen man is in the image of the beast.

Just as the brazen serpent was lifted up so shall the son of man be lifted up.He did that on the cross.Jesus took the fallen body and lifted it up at his cross.

All those who refuse to believe in Jesus refuse to be lifted up are in the image of their father. The carnal mind doesn't like that is called a beast,or a serpent,or satanic. But that's what the fallen body is.

The carnal mind doesn't just magically go away.It will tempt you.Everyday.But you rebuke it and put your mind on the things of the spirit. It is like a beast. And you tame it like you would a ox.Then you take that ox and work the field.

Fallen man is in the image of the beast the same way we who are saved are made in the image of God.
The image of the beast will be statue image of the beast-king (king 8 of Revelation 17:10-11).

10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.
11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.

King 7 (the little horn person) will be killed and comes back to life as the beast-king, king 8.

In Revelation 13:14-15, the false prophet will have the people of the world make a statue image of the beast-king. imo, it could be like in the Exodus, the people contributed their gold to melted down, by which Aaron made the golden calf in Exodus 32.

14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.

15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

The image will come to life and speak because Satan when he is cast down to earth in Revelation 12:7-9 will indwell the image. It will appear to be a miracle to the people of the world - but in reality will be a lying wonder by Satan.

When Jesus returns the statue image of the beast-king, indwelt by Satan will be turned to ashes, exposing Satan there on the temple mount for all present that day to see him physically. And be shocked by the whole charade of Satan's deception - who they will have been unknowingly worshiping Satan that whole time.

Ezekiel 28:

16 By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.

17 Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee.

18 Thou hast defiled thy sanctuaries by the multitude of thine iniquities, by the iniquity of thy traffick; therefore will I bring forth a fire from the midst of thee, it shall devour thee, and I will bring thee to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all them that behold thee.

19 All they that know thee among the people shall be astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terror, and never shalt thou be any more.

The people who will have been worshiping the statue image of the beast - will be shocked when Satan is exposed, there on the temple mount that day.

When Satan is cast down to earth in Revelation 12:12, it says he will have great wrath - which is what it says about him being a terror in Ezekiel 28:19.

But will be a terror no more when he is bound in chains and cast into the bottomless pit prison in Revelation 20:1-3.

Matthew 23:30-35
Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous,

And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets.

Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets.

Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers.

Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?

Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute them from city to city:

That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar.

Matthew 23:37-39
O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!

Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.

For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.

There is an interesting "double reference" to these kings. Some are the kings of Daniel, some are specific to the end-times.
Both are linked to and/or describing the eighth king the little horn the beast. Actually its rather complicated but perfectly sensible at the same time. You have a succession of ancient kings/heads/kingdoms (Daniel), and also 10 kings that have power for "one hour with the beast" (Revelation) who are of the "seventh" (fourth in Daniel....which persists to the end-times, the Roman kingdom).

Even I get confused at times and need to review the scenario. But it is all there and perfectly sensible.

The little horn goes to war and conquers/kills three horns/three kings (of the initial 10)....and therefore and thereby becomes the EIGHTH.

In fact it seems as if the rest of the kings give their power to the beast for this reason (winning these wars and seemingly invincible in battle.......but not the only reason...there are many). And the "seven heads" of Revelation is "new information" that the OT does not include or elaborate upon.

Dan 7:7
After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.

Dan 7:8
I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.

In Daniel 3, Nebuchadnezzar made (had made we can assume I think) an image of gold -threescore cubits (90 feet) by six cubits ( 9 feet).

1 Nebuchadnezzar the king made an image of gold, whose height was threescore cubits, and the breadth thereof six cubits: he set it up in the plain of Dura, in the province of Babylon.

The text does not say that it was an image of a man. We are not told what the image looked like other than its size and being made of gold (overlaid with gold because of its size most likely, not solid gold). Because of its proportions of 90 feet tall and 9 feet wide - it may have been an obelisk.

Everyone was required to worship the image, or be cast into the fiery furnace.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I think you got some chapters mixed up. In Daniel 2, Nebuchadnezzar had a dream of a statue image of a man, that represented the different kingdoms that would follow his - and eventually be destroyed.

Or you could actually study History.

Josephus witnessed Jerusalem after titus destroyed it. His words say you would not even know it was a city. the only thing left standing was the fortress.

The temple (which was gone) is below the fortress. so the temple mount would below what we know as the wailing wall. which is the wall of the old fortress..

Meaningless statement. Why have garments if they are not planning on rebuilding the temple
I should study history?

Here is a narrative written by Josephus.

Josephus clearly describes and clarifies that the Antonia Fortress was destroyed by the Romans when they conquered and tore down the temple in 70 AD: “Titus now ordered the troops that were with him to raze the foundations of Antonia and to prepare an easy ascent [into the Temple Mount] for the whole army” (Wars Ch. 6, Sect 93). “Meanwhile, the rest of the Roman army, having in seven days overthrown the foundations of Antonia, had prepared a broad ascent to the Temple” (Wars Ch. 6, Sect. 149). (www.holylandsite.com)

Josephus Book 6, section 93
AND now Titus gave orders to his soldiers that were with him to dig up the foundations of the tower of Antonia, and make him a ready passage for his army to come up.

It appears that there must have been insurrectionists (against the Romans) Jews on the temple mount. And to get access to them rather than go through a narrow passage that could be defended - Titus had the Antonia fortress torn down for a broader path of access to the temple mount.

I don't think the little horn goes to war against the ten kings in Daniel 7, but arises to be the leader of a panel of ten leaders of the fourth kingdom (the E.U in the end times). And removes three of those other leaders of the fourth kingdom - probably because they don't go along with the policies set.

He will be different than the other ten leaders, in that he will be a Jew.

I think that panel is going be some sort of defensive panel. We don't know exactly at this time.

---------------------------------------------------------------
The 7 kings in Revelation 17:10 are of the Julio Claudian bloodline - i.e. the Caesar family. Which seems to indicate that the little horn person will also be descended from the Julio-Claudians. Or it may be that when he becomes the beast-king, he assumes the title of Caesar. Again, don't know for sure at this time.

I am keeping my eye on Zelensky. Ukraine is on a fast track to become a fulfledged EU nation. The Jews (Judaism) expect the messiah to be a great politician and to have military capability - both of which, Zelensky fits that model. Too early to tell for sure.

That's exactly what happened.

Titus needed a wide path to get the soldiers in quickly. Whether the entire Antonian Fort was destroyed or not, is beside the point.
We know the temple was up on the mount with the Antonian Fort. Josephus tells us the foundation of the fort was taken apart for that wide pathway.

You made reference to worshiping the image that Nebuchadnezzar had constructed.

We see another image that the false prophet forces people to worship, on pain of death.

Revelation 13:15
And it was given to him to give breath to the image of the beast, so that the image of the beast would even speak and cause all who do not worship the image of the beast to be killed.

Epic fail. Where do you people come from anyways? Because the level of ignorance that I see is staggering and deeply concerning.

Rev 12:1
Now a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a garland of twelve stars.

Gen 37:9
Then he dreamed still another dream and told it to his brothers, and said, “Look, I have dreamed another dream. And this time, the sun, the moon, and the eleven stars bowed down to me.”

Every sound mind understands that this imagery is in reference to Israel per Josephs dream.
Children born of their own, but Jews who are mothers deny their children.
