Everyone has a theory and everyone is convinced they are right and everyone else is wrong, the arrogance around this topic is repulsive. The truth is no one knows, if you don't know when the rapture is then you don't know when the last seven years are and then everything else you think you know is impossible to substantiate.
We can know what the bible says

and we can know that when God says something will happen it will

and we can know if we have not seen those things happen yet. they are still future.

I think it will be the man spoken of in Dan 9 that confirms a covenant with many for 1 week (7 years) but in the middle of the week. He will enter the holy place and place an abominable object making the holy place unclean

To determin who he is, he is the promise to come, and his people destroyed the city and sanctuary in 70 AD.. Which would make him come from Rome, or the final Gentile world power who holds sway over the land of Israel as spoken of in Dan 2, Dan 7 and many other places
theres a huge differences between Dan and Thessalonians 2, and when I point it out I never get an answer.

It proves the the man who will defile the temple already has.

And if you really read Dan you'll see it's a whole kingdom that defiles the temple.

This is what alot of people think @Everlasting-Grace.

my perspective was and is, and always will be this.

When Jesus revealed the man of lawlessness which he did

The kingdom of the man of lawlessness would avenge like never before.

Why. 🤔

My perspective

Up untill this point the man of
lawlessness a spiritual kingdom was going around unnoticed.

It was then this spiritual kingdom decided to defile Gods kingdom on a whole new level.

As in Ephesians 6. Which was prophesized in Dan and thess 2 and mathew 24.

My next perspective is

Does 3 rights make a wrong

"The average Joe"? GI Joe will have a place in the bunker, but if you don't already have a spot reserved in a bunker then sorry, you'll have to tough it out above ground. I assume you have enough put away to get you and your family through the first two years.
Looks like a normal day here, when the Lord returns.

Luke 17:33-36 KJV
Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.

[34] I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the
one shall be taken, and the other shall be left.

[35] Two women shall be grinding together; the
one shall be taken, and the other left.

[36] Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

The problem with this is it destroys the purpose of prophecy.

Prophecy is God saying something will happen. many years in advance. so when the people who are alive at that time. Can know that he is the one true God. Who knows the beginning from the end.

when we spiritualize prophecy. We remove and defeat the purpose of prophecy. We also can make prophecy say and mean whatever we want it to mean.

of course we can also use the past as examples

God said there would be 4 kingdoms. He even as much as told us who they were. those 4 kingdoms literally came true. So by this precedence. The final kingdom (which is the 4th, which had died) will literally come true also.

Another great example is the prophecies concerning Jesus when he came. They literally came true.
If they literally came true, then we can know by precedence all the things also said of him (which have not happened yet) will come true also.

maybe you see it that way.

And maybe this was the first thought that came to you.

I have another thought tho.

And the thought I had, actually increases the need for prophecy.

I'll leave you to work out what that thought and perspective might be.

Well you missed my point, I think people discussing this topic should show humility and the realization that they are not the arbiter of truth. Your interpretation of how things will turn out is not an item of the faith.

What I want to see is your track record. Did you tell us prior to the crash in 2008 that the market would crash due to prophecy in the Fall of 2008. Did you tell us prior to 2001 that there would be a harbinger of the coming destruction on the US on 911 in 2001.

There were people who did and that is why they have credibility today.

Did you tell us about the coming Pandemic in 2020, there were those who did and that is why we listen to what they say today.

That is what I mean by credibility, a track record of being able to read the prophecies and tell us what they say before hand. October 7 was the 50th anniversary to the Yom Kippur war and some did predict what was going to happen would happen on that day. So they do have credibility. So yes, the Bible does say a lot, show me your credibility by being able to put those puzzle pieces together, at the moment I am not aware that you have ever done that.

For example, January 1, 1975 was 49 years ago, that was the day the big three in the Watergate coverup were convicted. So it should come as no surprise that this year we are now seeing records released that are exposing the rot and corruption in our government. The Epstein files, the Hunter Biden laptop, various impeachments, and some crazy guy named Trump saying "he is the retribution".

February 4th is the 49th anniversary of the first accurately predicted earthquake. Those who are studying the rapture know that it is the opening of the sixth seal and will be a great earthquake. Everyone has been trying to predict that earthquake for a hundred years, so they should be paying attention to those who accurately do predict earthquakes.

Actually it is what God says.

Is 42:
I am the Lord, that is My name;
And My glory I will not give to another,
Nor My praise to carved images.
9 Behold, the former things have come to pass,
And new things I declare;
Before they spring forth I tell you of them.

Is 44:
“Thus says the Lord, the King of Israel,
And his Redeemer, the Lord of hosts:
‘I am the First and I am the Last;
Besides Me there is no God.
7 And who can proclaim as I do?
Then let him declare it and set it in order for Me,
Since I appointed the ancient people.
And the things that are coming and shall come,

Let them show these to them.
8 Do not fear, nor be afraid;
Have I not told you from that time, and declared it?
You are My witnesses.
Is there a God besides Me?
Indeed there is no other Rock;
I know not one.’ ”

Is 46:
Remember the former things of old,
For I am God, and there is no other;
I am God, and there is none like Me,
10 Declaring the end from the beginning,

And from ancient times things that are not yet done,
Saying, ‘My counsel shall stand,
And I will do all My pleasure,’

God also tells us that if any prophet speaks a word. and that thing does nto come true. He speaks not from God. and shall not be listened too

Deut 18: 22 when a prophet speaks in the name of the Lord, if the thing does not happen or come to pass, that is the thing which the Lord has not spoken; the prophet has spoken it presumptuously; you shall not be afraid of him.

God has a track record of being 100%

When he says it will happen, it will happen.

You saying it will not happen. or trying to spiritualize it away of speaking of some spiritual truth and not a literal reality does not make you correct..

I have come to learn that when people do this. they do it because a literal interpretation destroys some belief in them. So they make it say something else. so they do nto have to humble themselves.

Yes, and the Lord told us there would be false prophets, charlatans, and immature Christians. Daniel was told to "seal up the prophecy". Every time you speak you simply confirm my assessment.

Armageddon is the conclusion of WW3 and WW3 began February 22, 2022

So although I answered your poll saying "No, I believe there is greater tribulation to come" had you asked if we are in WW3 I would have said yes.
