well this was also the point but at what point would A1 be considered a superior intelligence, as in the fact it evolved from our intelligence.

If we have insurance policies that no longer would there be errors in health care, what government would refuse it.

On the bases it's no longer considered A1 but advance humanoid intelligence that has evolved from us doing the work for us.

What AI is learning is the motive behind speech. They are learning that some things written are ironic, some are hyperbole, some are entertaining, some are spoofs, etc. Because people are giving these directions to AI to create things in this way it is helping it learn. Before they let it read the internet, but it was making some very goofy mistakes.

But the gold standard, even platinum standard for data will be our best and brightest in industry using AI. When a top notch lawyer assigns it a task, edits the outcome, gives it feedback, asks questions based on the research and has it fashion arguments and counter arguments they will be training the AI with the best data you can get.

Also, since people are paying for this and using it at expense to solve problems AI will learn the serious applications and problem solving techniques. As much as AI has improved to this point is small, it will improve exponentially this year, they are even suggesting a thousand fold improvement based on the best data being given to it.

Yes so if this becomes true, which i believe it will, we will be like that movie Idiocracy. This dumbing down of the general consciousness began with the invention of the internet and started to take hold around year 2000.
This is assuming that AI is not sentient. Because when it's not sentient it means Garbage In - Garbage Out. So it's going to read stupid ideas from the web and present those in a court of law.

But if it becomes sentient, it may decide to wipe us out or do whatever it thinks it needs to do.
