A permanent break would be even better. There are enough false gospels out there.
May God’s good ways shine upon you.

If our witness is not His true Gospel, is that not evil? If our witness condemns believers, is that not evil? If our witness draws the flock away from His true Gospel, is that not evil and wolf like? A born-again believer that is discerning and growing in His Grace can spot this evil by their rotten fruit/evil deeds.....wolves.If you were to pay attention to the context of Acts 20:30 of those who speak perverse things to draw away disciples after themselves, you would notice Paul mentions grievous wolves coming in among you not sparing the flock (Acts 20:29). How do we know what a wolf is? Jesus we will know these wolves by their fruits (Deeds) (See Matthew 7:15-16). So if a person does evil deeds, they are a wolf.
but yet you claim he can take away something from them they can not have without himAny good a believer does is Christ working in them. If they boast in their own good works, they have the wrong focus.
Jesus said we can do nothing without Him (John 15:5).
are you suggesting he might notMay God’s good ways shine upon you.
even if I gave you the correct answer you would still not believe. What is your word for word commentary on 1 John 2:3, and 1 John 2:4?
Bingo.I believe the gospel is 1 Corinthians 15:1-4. The gospel is believing that Christ died for our sins, he was buried, and risen the third day for our salvation.
Darn.
Is that do you care or do you dareDo you care to give me a word for word commentary on Galatians 6:8-9?
How about Romans 8:13?
How about 1 Timothy 5:8?
that's what you did before. If I just attacked folks and ran off that would be belittlement of others. My goal is to discuss the Scriptures here. I am asking for Scripture from your side. So far, I have not received any explanation with Scripture on the many verses I presented that refutes the Belief Alone position or the sin and still be saved type belief.
Yes, we know Him. The reason we know is because we keep the commandments. But it doesn't say keeping the commandments produces eternal life. The whole book is a set of proofs designed to let believers KNOW that they have eternal life...5:13. This is the key verse in the epistle and establishes the purpose of the book...These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that you have eternal life,...This is where you need to read the Bible more closely. You just spoke against God’s Word.
1 John 2:3 says,
”And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.”
1 John 2:4 says,
”He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.”
1 John 5:1-3
“Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him [God] that begat [who gives life] loveth him [his brother] also that is begotten of him [born of God]. By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.”
1 John 3:10
” In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.”
So obviously those who believe in the name of the Son of God who have eternal life will love the brethren and do righteousness. If not, they are not of God. So it’s not just a belief alone. If it was then they could just believe in Jesus and hate their brother and not do righteousness and still have eternal life. But this is simply not the case.

Our words are fruits(deeds.) Our witness is a fruit. If our witness for the Lord Jesus Christ is not His true gospel, it is evil and we are wolves.
You said:Rom 3:23
You said:John 3:16
You said:Acts 16:31.
There is nothing more perverse than preaching a false gospel.
your still not ready to accept it because your last posts confirms it, and it wouldn't be right for me to give a word that of this moment in time you will deny. What is your word for word commentary on 1 John 2:3, and 1 John 2:4?

So picking one of the evidences of knowing that one has eternal life and calling that eternal life is the problem here. You are one of any number of Judaizers who have joined the site recently and are trying to teach others here that we should relate to God on the basis of the law. That has been tried and has failed. That's the whole reason a better covenant was necessary.
Thankfully, based on the pushback you are receiving, people aren't falling for it.
but yet you claim he can take away something from them they can not have without him
that's what you did before.
This thread has been all about you
I fail to see how preaching the Word is uplifting myself. Actually, in Perpetual Belief Alone Salvationism, it is all about you and what you can get away with. In Perpetual Belief Alone-ism, it’s all about justifying some kind of sin on some level. Confessing and sin to have mercy is not necessary according to Proverbs 28:13. It’s not about picking up your cross and denying yourself to follow Jesus at all. It’s all about believing in Jesus and nothing else really. So then one does not even need the Bible if that is the case.
Christianity is about believing you have a saviour you have it wrong. There are sins of Commission, like do not steal, do not covet, do not murder, etcetera.
There are also sins of Omission like things you don’t do for God in this life, like not preaching the gospel (Luke 9:62), and not helping the poor (loving your neighbor) Luke 10:25-37, Matthew 25:31-46, loving your brother (1 John 2:9-11, 1 John 1:7, 1 John 3:10).
We have to confess and forsake sin to have mercy (salvation) (Proverbs 28:13). See also 1 John 1:9, and 1 John 1:7.
All of this is a part of the faith involving the next step of our faith in the Sanctification of the Spirit.
The first step is being saved by God’ s grace through faith in our Initial Salvation (which is a process of salvation without works) (Ephesians 2:8-9) (1 Corinthians 15:1-4) (Romans 10:9-13).
But most Christians today believe they can sin and still be saved on some level all because they have a belief alone in Jesus as their Savior or because they believe in the finished work of the cross. I believe many Christians will be surprised just like those believers mentioned in Matthew 7:22-23. They could not fathom or accept the idea that they were working iniquity (Matthew 7:23) and or that they did not do what Jesus said and thus they built their house upon the sand, which later led to a disastrous end (Matthew 7:26-27).
