Please be patient with me. I read your post 3 times, know you were a devout Catholic at one time & have done a lot of studying, but I didn't see if you had accepted Christ as your Savior & Lord. There have been many devout Catholics that never did that, & I wanted to be sure. You see I quit making judging assumptions that folks are already saved a long time ago. I hope that you are, & that we can be both brethren & friends.

Precious friend, thanks for the Bible study 'link'. Of course, in my life-long
student profession, I also have 'proof-reading' skills, so, here's one:
..."Were told that in this period of 483 Years, the street, (meaning the open square) shall be built again, and the wall (speaking of the moat around the city), even in troublous times.”...
Should be "We're"?

I agree, because you said "completely"... The Spirit is the one true source for all truth...
Which does not negate the importance of seeking the counsel of spiritually wise brethren. Much knowledge can be gained from listening to others. This is clearly scriptural, when reading the description of the body of believers, about various spiritual gifts given to people to edify the church. The gift of knowledge, the gift of teaching, etc....
If the only "person" you trust is the Spirit, then there is no need for you to fellowship with other believers.... and that is not scriptural.

Well indeed the Holy Spirit can and does speak to us through other people.. Thats why i made sure to put that ""completely" in my post.. People seem to have moments of inspiration from the Holy Spirit..
You can fellowship with people who you think are wrong on one or two doctrines part of fellowship is discussing beliefs and helping others.. You do not need to trust them as you would trust God to have fellowship with them..
