Just to set the story straight, The Haganna gang became the Israel Defense Force (IDF)
So what? The Palestinians had many opportunities for a peaceful settlement, but that is not what they wanted. Their only objective was to exterminate Israel (a pipe dream). That is why "From the River to the Sea" is their current chant.

Here is your first mistake.
Your ignorance of God's word, history and even logic is on full display.

Israel pulled out of Gaza. What happened next? Hamas is elected. Did Gazans set about creating a just and fair society? Did they set about creating industries and businesses so that people could enjoy a decent standard of living? No. They turned Gaza into one large military base, funded by the useful idiots of the Western world. They dug tunnels under Gaza to facilitate terrorism. Almost from day one, they attacked Israel. And all this is Israel's fault? You have a warped sense of morality.

I don't there's any doubt Luther was anti- Semitic.
There is so much variation in what anti-Semitic means, the word is mostly meaningless. I don't believe Luther hated Jews.

Wanting and forcing are two different things. God doesn't recognize forced conversions. He sees a Christian forcing Jesus on a person rather than waiting on the Holy Spirit to move on a persons heart. Every Nazi split hell wide open. They didn't do what they did to convert anyone.
I agree, but I don't think Luther was a proponent of forced conversion.

Well that's nonsense. I have Mormons and JVs come to my door, do they pollute me with their lies?? I've been here at CC for a long long time, we've had every crazy here with every wind of doctrine. Did I follow them? No. I traveled 20yrs in all different churches, did it change my beliefs? Not a bit. If you're so easy led and every win of doctrine blows you off course, that's your issue, not the Jews, JVs, Mormons or anyone else. That makes you weak minded. In the world, not of it. You go to work every day, you do things around non- Christians every day, do they sway you? Nonsense, you don't need to segregate yourself from non- Christians, you should be showing them the truth! There were all kinds of pagan beliefs that people believed in back then. Why would Jews be worse than the others? At least they believe in God.
Protection of society from lies isn't primarily for Christians, although Christians sadly are prone to all manner of deception.

Ugh! You made that move on the chessboard! Well then you force me to bring up all the Palestinians that are calling for the genocide of Jews protesting all over the country and saying they refuse to vote Biden this time round.
Genocide of Jews would meet my definition of anti-semitism. Proposing they be excluded from Christian society does not.

unlike the African American community, with notable exceptions, the Latino community is an incredibly diverse community with incredibly different attitudes about different things.”

He referred to Barack Obama as “the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean.”

“You cannot go to a 7-Eleven or a Dunkin’ Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent.”

Way back in 1977, he said that forced busing to desegregate schools would cause his children to “grow up in a racial jungle.”

Of course, he infamously worked with segregationist senators to oppose that mandatory busing, which decades later led to the strongest moment in Kamala Harris’s campaign for president, when she blasted him as having personally impacted her as a young girl.

Well, I tell you what, if you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t Black.”

Ok, you forced me to go there. Lets move on.
Ha, ha. I don't think Trump supporters are racist. But I don't think Luther was anti-Semitic based on what has been provided.

Maybe you need to read what he said again.
Maybe extreme if compared to our society. But not as extreme as what is being done to Palestinians at present, which many Christians are defending. If Luther was anti-semitic, surely supporting the current genocide of Palestinians is also anti-semitic?

Ummm, who sacrificed children? Or glorified satan? I don't agree with abortion but I also don't believe you ought to separate them from society, take everything they own and their rights as a human being. Come on now.
This is probably where we differ. The US government draws the line at so-called "terrorism". Once someone is declared a terrorist, many of his human rights are withdrawn (think of the reason for setting up Guantanamo Bay). I would treat Satanists and abortionists in a similar manner. Luther proposed similar for the Jews of his day.

I don't see how any of those subjects would have anything to do with racism. When the Nazi's, who were supposedly German Christians, were asked about what they had done to the Jews they pointed to Luthers words. I'd say that's the greatest incitement of all. He was clearly a man who hated Jews.
We differ on the definition of hate. I don't think Luther hated Jews. True hatred would have been allowing them to enter an eternity of hellfire without caring enough to warn them.

Go back further to the beginning, much like Russian and Ukrainian history you have the wrong starting point which declares your ignorance btw.

Human Rights Watch reported already as far back as two decades ago (2002) that tanks in The Most Moral Army in the World ran down a wheelchair-bound Palestinian hoisting a white flag:

"Fifty-seven-year-old Kamal Zghair, a wheelchair-bound man who was shot and then run over by IDF tanks on April 10 as he was moving in his wheelchair equipped with a white flag down a major road in Jenin"

Go back further to the beginning, much like Russian and Ukrainian history you have the wrong starting point which declares your ignorance btw.
The starting point is Ishmael and Isaac. Ishmael is the child of the flesh, Isaac the child of God's promise. Russia/Ukraine is quite simple. Russia invaded a sovereign nation. They had no right to do so. End of story.
And Israel became a nation by first exterminating, pillaging, raping the inhabitants of the land, some of whom were Christians.
Again your ignorance of history is obvious. Israel is a nation according to international law, as proclaimed by the UN. You don't have to like it, but it's the truth. Do you know how America gained its independence? How about the evils of slavery? Where do you live? In cuckoo land, obviously. Nations have been fought over, blood has been shed and injustices done since early human history. You seem to think that it excuses Hamas. I wonder how you would respond if your country was attacked by an aggrieved neighbour. Some sources suggest Russia want Alaska back. Do you support them in that? How about the Mexican lands illegally taken by America? Should they be handed back?

It's amazing when a person reveals Israel's crimes against humanity that this is then twisted to mean that it excuses Hamas.

Well, I understand full well humanity against humanity, no where do I see a place in scripture where God told the Jews of Europe to go and murder/rape/pillage the inhabitants of the land of Palestine some of whom were Christians.

It is the futurist that must bear this burden, and say that 1948 was the fulfillment of prophecy, I can see it for what it is >>>>crimes against humanity>>> ethnic cleansing, much like all the other settler colonialism you have listed above.

Where are the prophets of modern day Israel, name one please since God is still guiding them to the promised land?

Based on the above, all they have to do is just sit and wait.

It does sadden me that there are those who do not like the Israelis. But I must say this is not a Jewish problem, this is an Israeli problem, they are not the same thing.
But then again, from what I have learned there are biblical verses saying the same thing---
From what I have learned, all they need to do is just wait, the biblical verse~~
25 And thou, profane wicked prince of Israel, whose day is come, when iniquity shall have an end,
32 Thou shalt be for fuel to the fire; thy blood shall be in the midst of the land; thou shalt be no more remembered: for I the LORD have spoken it.

I was totally taken back when you used the term “slimily”.
I do not see the relevance unless it is a term you use often when you have nothing intelligent to say.
I ask you; Oh Wise One, what verses have I left out-?
P.S. if you do not remember, I understand, when one gets old and gray and can no longer get it up, it is your memory that fades first.
This I forgive you for.
:)-
Ok. I have to shower each time after conversing with you.

So I’ll make this the last.
You need to repent of your insane hatred of the Jews.
And especially of your omitting Verse from Gods Word to try and justify that hatred.

Yikes. The slime is making need to clean again!

Buy bye!

Ok. I have to shower each time after conversing with you.
Maybe you should thank me for showering. It is probably been a long time and badly needed.
So I’ll make this the last.
No, no, no, one shower is not enough, you need to make it a habit.

You need to repent
If the Israeli’s want to get the Lords grace, it is the Israelis that need to repent, confess their unjust ways and ask the Lord for forgiveness and last but not least, treat the Palestinians as one of their own.
If they do this, I believe peace well begin to pass through the Middle East.

of your insane hatred of the Jews.
I do not hate anyone including the Jewish people, period, none, nada, zip. What I do detest, loath and find repugnant are the Israelis.
There is a big difference between Jews and Israelis.
The Jews are kind, loving people.
The Israelis are hate filled sad, sad people who need to ask the Lord for forgiveness.

And especially of your omitting Verse from Gods Word to try and justify that hatred.
You stated this before, I reposted the verses in question and still you repeat this false claim.

Yikes. The slime is making need to clean again!
One cleaning will not be enough. You really, really need to clean behind the ears too
In closing I wish you and yours the best today and beyond.
Bye

Israel blew up the only airport in Gaza, continued a blockade which restricts imports/exports and cripples their economy, continued to control their water and power, etc... You expect a society to economically thrive when subjected to this type of occupation?

I mean, you realize we view China as our greatest threat because of our dependence on them for virtually everything, right? Do you acknowledge Gaza is utterly dependent on Israel when we consider the blockade, mobility restrictions, control of water and power, communications, etc...? Are you implying the US should consider China as a threat considering our WILLFUL dependency on them economically, but that Gazans SHOULDN'T consider Israel a hostile threat for everything they are doing to keep Gazans from economic independence?

Why have you failed to point out that it is the Palestinian leadership that diverts all funds into arms and ammunition, and deprives the general population of basics? Why hasn't Hamas provided a proper infrastructure so that the Palestinians have their own power supply? And as for blowing up the airport, what do you think happens when there is warfare?

You brought that point up already? Also, I have brought that up in this thread several pages back. I was adding the part you always seem to leave out intentionally which actually provides context.

Do you think the US wouldn't go to war with a state that had that kind of stranglehold on us? You're lying if you say we wouldn't.

Israel is the regathering of the scattered according to God's promise. God did not say that they would be some kind of righteous beacon on the earth. They blew that when they crucified Lord Jesus. There are many Jews who have accepted Christ as the Messiah. They are born again and acceptable God in the Beloved.

Israelis are no more or no less righteous than any other unbeliever. However, the nation stands as a silent witness to God's power to fulfill His word no matter what. And that is why the "goat" world hates Israel. That's all. And that's why I support Israel, because the nation exists according to God's will. Could they do better in the conduct of the war? Probably. They are human, not machines. No doubt revenge colours some judgements. That does not make the actions of Hamas acceptable or warrant the condemnation of the whole world. When you get queers supporting Hamas, you know something is desperately wrong. Hamas would kill them, after falling about laughing at their stupidity.

I won't tire of repeating this: Israel is being held to an impossible standard that no other nation has to attain. And not one realistic proposition has been put forward to end the war on a just footing. There is no possibility of a two state solution. No one is prepared even to send peacekeepers to Gaza. The UN peacekeepers in Lebanon do nothing to limit Hezbollah's aggression. Why are they there? And the useful idiots of the West fund the UN to make demands and to pass taxpayer's funds to terrorists.

Satan is still the god of this world. He still lies, deceives and murders. He still blinds the perishing. I expect nothing from the world. I'd hoped for better from some Christians.

Oversimplification. Gaza has received vast amounts of money, most of which has gone to Hamas to fund their terror organisation. Hamas attacked Israel almost as soon as they were elected to rule Gaza. Hamas does not recognise the right of Israel to exist. That's hardly a basis for peaceful relationships. Gaza could be prosperous. They surely have had enough resources. Israel allowed 18,000 Gazans to work in Israel. Those workers provided intelligence to Hamas which allowed them to choose the softest targets.

Gaza could become economically independent. Israel would welcome a peaceful neighbour instead of a hotbed of strife. It won't happen because the Arabs are descended from Ishmael and conflict is in their genetic makeup. Can Arabs and Israelis co-exist? Sure. 25% of Israel's population is Arab. Most are Muslim. They are free to worship their "Allah", who is Satan in reality. There has been a mass exodus of Jews from most of the world and Jews in the majority of Muslim countries are almost unheard of. The reason is simple. Jews are persecuted in Muslim countries but Muslims have not been driven out of Israel.

Americans should consider China a threat because it is a threat. And the good ole USA enabled the rise of China, vainly believing that China would adopt democracy and become a model world citizen. I like the Chinese people. They are smart, hard working and friendly. Their rulers, not so much. China has outwitted the West. Australia is having to spend inordinate amounts on defence because successive governments failed to recognise China's ambitions. China manipulates Australia with ease. They send students here to learn and to steal IP. They negotiate deals then refuse ships permission to unload their cargoes. The only thing unaffected is iron ore. They use this to make steel for ships that threaten the peace of South East Asia.

Around 40 years ago, there was a joke going around about a predictive computer. It was asked who would be Australia's prime minister in the distant future. After hours of processing, the answer came. They asked the IT guy, "What does it say?" He replied, "I can't read it. It's in Chinese". It does not seem so funny now.

Actually, I've seen more queers support Israel as they remind the world how "Israel is the only nation in the Middle East to support LGBT rights". Crazy enough, proclaiming Christians repeat the same garbage as if God is pleased with it.
