God alone spoke
God spoke all of scripture, including Colossians 3:3
God alone spoke
they serve different purposes,
Jesus has become the guarantee of a better covenant.Deut 4:13 So He declared to you His covenant which He commanded you to
perform, the Ten Commandments; and He wrote them on two tablets of stone.
Deut 4:13 So He declared to you His covenant which He commanded you to perform, the Ten Commandments; and He wrote them on two tablets of stone.
Agreed. God's Covenant is not tied to Sinai His commandments are everlasting see Rev 22:14-15 Rev 11:19please refer to the multitude of previous posts explaining that Christianity is not the Sinai covenant
Yes, the new covenant is based on better promises Hebrews 8:6 not better laws as God's law is perfect Psa 19:7 and you can't improve on perfection which is why God writes His laws in the hearts and minds of His people in the NC Heb 8:10 Jer 31:33 instead of deleting them kept by His faithful until the end of time Rev 14:12 Rev 22:14Jesus has become the guarantee of a better covenant.
By speaking of a new covenant, He has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and aging will soon disappear.
And He has qualified us as ministers of a new covenant, not of the letter but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.
Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away. Behold, the new has come!

Can you please use scripture because I have no idea what you are saying. The purpose of the Law is to make sin more sinful.
Can you explain why a Christian needs sin to be more sinful?
I do not have 613 laws written on my heart. Do you?Yes, the new covenant is based on better promises Hebrews 8:6 not better laws as God's law is perfect Psa 19:7

Jesus is our High Priest Heb 8:13
Jesus is our Advocate Hebrews 4:15-16
Jesus is our Mediator Heb 9:15
Jesus was our Sacrificial Lamb
No more animal sacrifices for sin, we can go directly to Jesus Heb 10:1-22
And instead of us doing, it is God who is doing writing His law in our hearts and minds, we just need to cooperate Heb 8:10
These are much better promises! What did not change is the law that defines sin, the Ten Commandments Romans 7:7 Mat 5:19-30 and what we will be judged by James 2:10-12 Ecc 12:13-14 Mat 5:19-30
Please show me error in my post. Revelation 22:14-15 quotes directly from the Ten Commandments. The Law is the Sinai covenant.
please refer to the entire NT and OT.
it is intellectually dishonest and indefensible for you to presume everywhere you see "commandment" it refers to the decalogue.
100% eisegesis on the SDA part.
0% convincing.
The promise came before but was fulfilled when Jesus came who is the Mediator of God's New Covenant promise.try again.
the promise came before priesthood, before mediation, before sacrifice for sin.
please refer to Genesis 15
"how can i know i will inherit"
soteriology which knows nothing but law is incomplete soteriology.
Please show me error in my post. Revelation 22:14-15 quotes directly from the Ten Commandments.
There are lots of laws in scripture. If you have a specific law you are referring to in Galatians 4, please post it. Most of Galatians is about circumcision.
Dogs are a metaphor for sinners and going to sorcerers shows you are placing your trust above God breaking commandment #1 the rest are direct quotes from the Ten Commandments so you seem to be disagreeing with the Text.hogwash.
dogs are a reference to Leviticus 17 and sorcery prohibition is in Leviticus 19.
neither are in the decalogue; both are based on the shema in Deuteronomy 6.
