I disagree. It's never about them being cut off. It is always about you and I being cut off. They are eternally secure. Not you and I.

correct its more than likely not so much about themselves but what others can do to get themselves cut of, the back to front part and the false premise is there questioning what a person may do to get themselves cut of but have no idea if such a person was saved in the first place. Or fail to recognise being cut of can mean left out in the cold for a while.

He Died for us as enemies, as ungodly. ( the Greater)

If God did the greatest, died for us as ungodly and helpless, it stands to reason that He will do the lesser, justify us and save us from wrath as sons.

That's an interesting passage. The wolves in sheep's clothing were always wolves, they didn't morph from sheep. They were never saved. They were never going to produce good fruit because they would never be able to.

thanks for the reminder it would be nice hearing the words Gods word is like a double edged sword in better circumstances but not in a situation where you want people who are saved to believe they will lose there salvation. That's just not nice

Amen! We're saved by what God has done for us not by what we are expected to do.

May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. The one who calls you is faithful, and he will do it (1 Thessalonians 5:23-24).

• Hypocrisy v.5. His works are only for show, a fake, never genuine, again he is some sort of a self-righteous like the scribes and the Pharisees. He works to his own credit.
• Wrong intentions v.15. The false teachers have their propaganda but at the end, he is just only in a sheep’s clothing but, actually a ravening wolf.

It is because of these, that the Lord said "Many say…Lord, Lord "but they were not known by him. The will of the Father is to trust Him completely for salvation. If many won’t they have nothing to lose, they were lost.

I've never experienced you listen to anything anyone else says at all. You might as well be talking to yourself because I've never seen you engage in a conversation and accurately represent the others argument at all. I view calvinism and Armin both as false teachings. Salvation is equal opportunity and equal privilege for ALL. He died for the whole world. And he did this as we were enemies. Much more, we will NEVER perish when He saves us.
