Remember when we were told that we must send tens of billions of dollars to Ukraine because we care about them and if we do this they can win, otherwise we will have to fight Russia? Remember about how horrible were those ones who said this wasn't true, Ukraine was not going to win, they don't care about the Ukrainian people, and they'll fight till the last Ukrainian is dead? Who was right and who was lying to us to manipulate us?

Joe Biden was married when he first met Jill Biden who was also married. He hired her as his baby sitter. That much of the story is undeniable.

After that there are two different stories, one is this wonderful love story that is told by Joe and Jill, straight out of Hollywood.

The other is told by Jill's first husband who says she had an affair with Joe Biden and that led to both himself and Joe Biden getting divorced from their first wives. However, he is not complaining, he is much happier now. He has remarried and does not want anything to do with either Joe or Jill.
 
It is absolutely normal for a dead person to come and listen to Joe Biden's speech, that is his base.

About 20% of 2020 voters now claim they took advantage of election laws that loosened up because of the coronavirus crisis to commit fraud, including filling out ballots for others, according to a shocking report being unveiled Tuesday.

Some admitted they voted in states they don’t live in, and others said they let somebody else fill out their mail-in ballots, neither of which is allowed.

Lawsuit: David Weiss, DOJ Are Withholding Records On Hunter Biden’s Alleged Sex-Trafficking Crimes

The Heritage Foundation filed a lawsuit against the Department of Justice (DOJ) and Special Counsel David Weiss on Monday after the latter refused to forfeit records related to Hunter Biden’s alleged sex-trafficking crimes.

Filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, the suit asked the court to order the DOJ and Weiss’s office to comply with a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request filed by Heritage earlier this year that sought to obtain documents regarding authorities’ investigation into whether Hunter Biden violated the Mann Act. That law outlaws the transport of “any woman or girl for the purpose of prostitution or debauchery, or for any other immoral purpose.”

Interestingly enough, some Christians believe in a hierarchal scale of sin as well, while others (perhaps majority) believe all sin is equal, though the consequence for each sin differs.

I choose to believe G-D who clearly distinguishes major and minor, as well as intentional and unintentional.

I can see the argument for both really. There are numerous examples of sins being references as "greater" for sure. However, when we analyze what sin actually is and does, we see that all sin separates us from God. Because no unclean thing can enter the Kingdom of God, God sent His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to atone for the sins of mankind. This means that if I committed even the smallest of sins (lets say I drove faster than the speed limit), I would be just as unclean and worthy to enter God's Kingdom as someone who committed genocide on a group of people without the Savior's ultimate sacrifice.

I know you aren't a Christian and do not accept Jesus Christ as your Savior but I just wanted to explain the other side of the argument from a Christian perspective. What appears to be in contradiction on the surface, isn't so for me.

I personally lump sin into two categories:

1.) Forgivable sin
2.) Unforgiveable sin

He's rich. He could have lived out his life in great comfort and ease. Instead, he is facing charges in many jurisdictions. He's not doing this for himself.
Regardless of what you think about Trump, being President cost him money and esteem. How many here have stood up against the political elites? What costs have you incurred?
 
The goal of this thread

It is to speak the truth because the truth will set us free. But it is very easy to speak the truth about others failings, what really sets us free is speaking the truth about our own failings.

So let's speak some truth here,

The US elected Trump and then Biden as president because of our failings as a people. In a democracy you get the government you deserve. So we should realize that every word we have spoken against either Biden or Trump is our own failing.

For example, let's talk about election fraud, we knew we had election fraud in the election of LBJ to the senate, and yet the country shrugged.

How about Afghanistan. Again we have seen this "mission creep" since our loss in Vietnam. Why didn't we aggressively deal with that then?

How about the budget? We owe $34 trillion and in the last 12 months that increased by $2.5 trillion. That is bad, but if our debt were $2.5 trillion this would not be a big problem for a country with a tax revenue of $4.5 trillion. So this has been a long time coming. I think it was $1 trillion when Reagan was president. Our government is profligate, but even more Americans as a whole are profligate spenders.

I am a pessimist with regard to elected officials, I don't believe an election will change this. I raise the sins of the US which is currently equated with Biden's administration, not as some kind of campaigning for Trump but rather campaigning for Americans to repent and return to the Lord.

On the other hand I am an optimist that anyone who does turn to the Lord and repent will be saved.

The evidence has been there for a long time. But the feckless and cowardly RINOs do absolutely nothing about anything.
