It is not just about Israel
World War I destroyed four empires - German, Austro-Hungarian, Ottoman, and Romanov - and touched off colonial revolts in the Middle East and Vietnam. And we see that Israel will be established.
World War II was, arguably, the most significant and influential event of the twentieth century. The devastation is almost incalculable: total military and civilian deaths are estimated at 70 to 85 million, about 3% of the global population during that time. World War II also saw the dawn of the nuclear age. The Manhattan Project and its culmination in the dropping of the atomic bombs on Japan led to the nuclear arms race that continued into the 1980s and to some level, even today. The United States and the nations of Western Europe formed NATO as a means of enhancing collective defense, and United Nations began to function as a body, one of whose goals was the prevention of further war. Once bitter enemies, now Japan and the United States are allies and continue to have a strong relationship. Think of the Holocaust, incalculable death and destruction, but it led to Israel being established. It was "the price paid".
If we consider these two together then WW3 will bring down Antichrist's kingdom, it will involved incalculable death and destruction, but it will be the price paid to get the Kingdom of heaven here on Earth.

Let me share a testimony. I am a Geology major from Rice University. I was preaching the gospel daily on that campus. One of the major responses from the scoffers was about Noah's flood. According to them it was impossible to have 40 days and nights of flood, and if we had had a flood that was 40 feet deep over the tops of the highest mountains we would know it.
Then 40+ years later I am driving down from Idaho through Washington state over to the Columbia gorge in Oregon. I could clearly see the results of a massive flood during the entire trip, and the "ripple marks" made as a result of that flood would tell you how deep the water was, by the time I got to the Columbia gorge it was obvious that the flood was more than 1,000 feet deep. This is not my speculation but the understanding of those who studied this flood and it was spoken of at the museum for the Columbia gorge. They call this the "Missoula Flood". Missoula is a big lake bed in the Rocky mountains. It happened at the end of the last ice age and there was a similar flood in India that came down from the Himalayas. This is the flood described by Noah. We know that the Black Sea flooded at the same time, filling up like a bathtub and that could have been where Noah was located. We also know that at the same time of this flood there was a huge meteor that impacted the Indian Ocean and sent billions of tons of ocean water into the stratosphere as super heated steam. This water vapor surrounded the earth and then came back down as rain. It was clearly a unique event in human history that the people had never seen before which is what Genesis says. We also know from 100 different accounts from various human civilizations that there was a boat with animals that were saved alive. Guns, Germs and Steel from Darrod Diamond talks about how there are 19 large domesticated animals on earth that are exceptionally valuable to agriculture, 18 of them come from Mesopotamia with the Llama being the only one that doesn't. Meanwhile we know 200 large ungulate species went extinct on all of the continents at the same time as this great flood.

So then, how did the elites come so close to losing power and what is their plan to regain total control?
The enlightenment was an event that left the elites in the dust. In my mind it began with the printing press, particularly printing the Bible. People began to read, to discover, and the light shone. This led to the various revolutions as people came to see through the aristocracy. Meanwhile capitalism led to the industrial revolution created great wealth, again leaving the aristocracy in the dust. How do you stay on top?
1. Banking is a wonderful way, as you get a percentage of every company that is successful. Some will do better than others, some fortunes will be made or lost, but meanwhile over hundreds of years you can't beat banking. The Rothschilds are a great example.
2. Banks create a fiat currency. Anyone who studies history knows a fiat currency will collapse over time, and not even that long. The best way to protect wealth is gold and silver and land. These are three things the elites invest in. You can also hide wealth much easier than with a bank account which people at the bank are able to see.
3. Use your wealth to get people into positions of power in the government to push policies you favor. Why is the King of England the richest man on earth? Because the royal family is tax exempt and has been for many years. These are the kinds of investments that the elites like. Banks take a percentage and taxes take a percentage. Push loopholes to make yourself tax exempt. It is well worth the cost of buying a few politicians.
This is how they get rich and stay rich. But how do they get power?
1. The problem with the age of enlightenment was that the majority of people were educated. So use your influence in government to influence public school education to make people stupid. We see this take place in earnest in 1930 when the Dick and Jane readers first came out and get stronger and stronger with each decade.
2. Use your money to buy up the media so that you can manipulate public opinion.
But you still have a problem, at some point people will realize they have been robbed, and just like the French revolution or Russian revolution they will take it out on the elite.
How do you deal with that? You bring in 8 million military aged men and you pit them against the men in the US. They are probably outnumbered 10:1 but they are still enough to cause chaos, confusion, riots, looting and mayhem. Just like the "Purge" you seal yourself up in your bunker and let them all kill each other, die from famine and plague and gunshots.
But you need these people to run your businesses, grow your food, cook, clean and do all those other jobs. So before all this what you need are robots that can replace some of these jobs, you need drones that can replace some of these jobs. You need self service machines which can replace some of these jobs and you need AI that can replace 80% of the rest of the jobs.
This may seem illogical, to have all this death and destruction is obviously counterproductive to the health and well being of the society. They don't care about the health and well being of the society, they care about their health and well being. The majority is the biggest threat to their ruling and reign. If they control 10% of the world with their money and wealth and 80% of the world dies in this man made calamity then they will emerge to rule and reign over the ashes and so their families will continue to rule the world for thousands of years more.

I have noticed that those who teach error don't actually read the whole Bible but take verses out of context to wrestle square pegs into round holes.
