Definitely a night owl to the extent of being a creature of the night haha.
Me too... unfortunately that is out of sync with the rest of the world. I also find that I don't seem to feel as rested as I used to when I'd go to bed (and rise) earlier.

Pigeons here are retired and live in Phoenix Palms. They have a good life not going anywhere much

I've done all the shifts in my working life. Always loved nightshift cause when my head hit the pillow I was out like a light. Downside of night shift was driving home, driving home once only, I fell asleep at the wheel, high kerb woke me up, scary.
Oh joy of joys I'm retired, clock watching has gone out the window. One thing I had to do was stop late night wandering around the web till all hours. Not the first time i was seeing the dawn come up. Soon put a stop to that and find if I deliberately switch off the the phone, I fall asleep fairly quickly. I get around 8 hours if I stick to that routine, but it's past midnight and I'm still online. I'm kidding myself on by saying it's the weekend, but soon to bed.
Am not regular here at CC, will probably go to the android chat rooms, but it's been nice to drop by n say hi. I read several replies and feel sorry for those struggling with sleep. Nuther thought I found was to listen to sleep sounds with earbuds, but prayer or reciting bible text would often help.
Am in Southwest Ireland so post midnight as I said, time for zzz, bye all

woke up at 2:30 am, sneezing.
Hayfever season again. ugh. So my body has to adjust and do things at night, early evening or dusk when the sun isn't out and burning me, or the pollen count is high. And I'm a gardener!

I have to pull out all the tares from the wheat.
