It sounds like you are rejecting the Biblical definition of evil.
It sounds like you keep quoting me out of context, I clearly said "society's definition of good and moral". That doesn't mean I'm rejecting the Bible, on the contrary, it means I don't recognize society's definition by writing it that way. Do you understand what context means?

I did not say you were rejecting the Bible. You want to say atheists are good people when God calls them fools.

Instead of dealing with what I actually say, you pretend I lack understanding.

You make claims about atheists that quite simply are not true.

Were they true of you? You weren't an atheist.

I am well aware of the explanations. They are irrelevant. The error exists, and no amount of explanation undoes that. Deal with it.
You can quote things out of context all you want, but that doesn't change the fact there are plausible explanations, depending on the context of the verse. Writer of Kings and writer of Chronicles wrote from different perspective. An easier example would Gold brought from Ophir in 1 Kings 9:27-28 and 2 Chronicles 8:16-18. One says 450, the other says 420. One could be talking about total Gold brought to the king before dividing among the investors, the other talking about the king's portion of 420. Context matters, and you don't know what it is because you weren't there.

I meant to say "Bible definition" because you accused me of rejecting Bible definition of evil even though in my text I clearly put "society's definition of good and moral" on the spot.

This is why I told you it's a lot more complicated than you make it out to be. Many people say things they don't mean from the bottom of their heart, that's just how people act. Some may call themselves atheist and even deny God, but that doesn't mean they aren't children of God waiting to be saved.

Society's definition of things amounts to nothing if it denies or contradicts God's definition.

No atheist is waiting for God to save them. They deny He even exists.

Psalm 14:1 The fool says in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt; their acts are vile. There is no one who does good.

I have a revelation. It might get me banned, and will not sit well with some, maybe a lot of Christians.Depending how I say it.
It's not shocking, but the nature of the subject will not sit well for quite a few.
The revelation has to do with how God has created us for his glory. Those who believe me on the things I've shared about our body are more likely to believe.
Should I share it?

Did you read anything I said??? I used to call myself an atheist, and denied God's existence before I was saved. I'm not the only one.
You said you accepted Jesus when you were little and then basically
went on to say calling yourself an atheist was a lie you told yourself.

It was also a lie I told everyone else because my faith was very weak and most of the time never reached my conscious mind. I figured God is good, he will save me, or at least prove that he is real to give me a chance to believe... until then I'm just going assume he doesn't exist (while staying away from most evil, just in case he does). So yes, people do lie about their beliefs, and just because someone denies God and calls themselves an atheist, doesn't mean they won't change.

Yeah, that does not describe an atheist. Atheists deny God's existence. They do not assume God is good.
In fact many spend a lot of time giving reasons why nobody should believe God is, or that He is good.
They dedicate their lives to this endeavor, and they are not secretly hoping they are wrong.

Like I said... I denied God's existence and called myself an atheist.

So you reject proper definitions. And you were confused.
Now you're just arguing with yourself. You defined atheist as someone who denies God's existence. I said I was one and I did that, and there are others who also do that. Then you proceeded to contradict yourself and said that's not true.

Yeah, you were lying to yourself, not an atheist hoping God would save you. Atheists do not
believe God exists, and they do not hope something they don't believe exists will save them.

I'll have to think on this for a little while on how to say it.This might actually be one of the biggest things God has revealed to me other than who the Two Witnesses are.
I'll submit a thread late night, or tomorrow.
