Lol why would Netanyahu support terrorists? Why would he want his own people terrorized? It's not like he doesn't know what they do and are capable of. He's sounded the alarm every time he has gotten a chance, why would he now throw his own people to the wolves? And knowing that he could be discovered and surely put to death for it. All to keep his place in gov't? How long has he been in office? Has there ever been a time when he seemed inhuman, unbalanced, a traitor to his country? His own brother died in service to the country.
This is not proof that he did do that but the motive would be the same as Pearl Harbor. The leader (FDR) felt we needed to enter WWII, the American people didn't agree, but after Pearl Harbor everyone in the country agreed. Likewise, prior to this attack Israelis wanted to compromise and live at peace in a two state solution, now they are united in wanting to get rid of Hamas and control Gaza.

This is the key point to me concerning Hiroshima. Japan started the war and these two bombs saved American lives. Those are the two justifications. But dropping a nuclear bomb on a non military target is now a valid response for anyone who responds to an attack from the US. If we bomb Iran's oil refineries for example, then they would be justified in nuking US cities. As you have done it will be done to you, that is righteous judgment.
I know that's how it is sold, but I think the Japan war was over before the bomb.

If you look into Pearl Harbour, you'll probably find as I did that this was another war the [DS] wanted to get the US into. The attack at Pearl Harbour was known about days in advance, but was allowed to happen, in order to sell to the population the reason for the US becoming involved in WW2.

Yes, so has Paris flown the flag, where the he double toothpicks is Biden?? Can't someone rouse that old fart and make him pretend to get a dang?! Funny, when Trump got into office that old bitty Pelosi was all upset that he might push the "red button". Now this old fart has us in a proxy war with Russia, lit the ME on fire, has China threatening and ready to throw down and everyone was yapping about Trump! In one fell swoop Biden has set the world on fire and made America a dumpster fire.
Tell Biden that the box of ice cream Israel promised to send has been delayed due to the war! That will rouse him!

Hamas should have been eliminated years ago!! But every time the bleeding heart liberals would kick up a fuss. No, wipe 'em off the map. Be done with it already.
We had our chance with King Saul and he decided to ignore God's order.

I guess it depends on your definition of terrorist. But if you hold 11/09/2001 to be the date of a terrorist attack, then you can't consistently argue that Hiroshima was not. What was the legitimate military target in Hiroshima that required such a big bomb?
Wow!! That's stunning. 9/11 was the same as Pearl Harbor. It was an attack on civilians for no reason. There was no war. So it was even worse than Pearl Harbor. Japan would not relent and America had no choice but to stop them. I have never heard someone say Hiroshima was terrorism, just, wow.

And this here is the problem. Those who refuse to learn the lessons of history are doomed to repeat it. Enjoy. (Sadly, those who do the learn the lessons of history are doomed to watch while others who refuse to learn repeat it).

Murdering civilians isn't punishing anyone. It's sending a lesson to all - especially the families of those murdered - that terrorism is okay.
No, 9/11 was terrorism. Answering back is retribution. The same with this attack. You cannot allow this kind of thing to happen. Same with the Holocaust. It's not terrorism to answer terrorism with a reckoning!

What a mess he has made and his handlers. Weak, he will go down in history as worse than Carter.

Mmm well there's always a second chance, and I say today's the day. Seize the hour and all that stuff.

Isaiah 43:1 But now thus saith the Lord that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.

2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

3 For I am the Lord thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee.

4 Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee: therefore will I give men for thee, and people for thy life.

I'd actually describe it as a war crime rather than terrorism (i.e. Hiroshima). But in this day and age, war has rules, and you can't just attack civilians with impunity - it's called a war crime, whichever side you're on. The bombing of civilians in Hiroshima was not necessary for the winning of WW2. There was no valid military target. The war had already been won.

Again, the use of the word "terrorism" can be confusing, because according to you, killing civilians is not terrorism if one is already at war, so the Muslims alleged to have committed terrorism on 9/11 might have already declared war on America, making their alleged actions legitimate acts of war (according to your definition). Hence the definition of war crimes in the international community, so whether war is declared or not, soldiers can't just go around killing and raping civilians with impunity.

A modern day Ish-bosheth
Yeah I hope he only gets two years, I can't imagine where we will be if people put him back in power. He should have listened to his pal Obama.

It is true, Ruby. Israel has (arguably) one of the best intelligence agencies in the world (so they would have known themselves). However, they were also warned of the incoming attack by multiple intelligence agencies around the world. The leadership in Israel deliberately ignored all the warnings (i.e. cut off communications to allow plausible deniability) and ordered the military to stand down and allow the attacks to happen. It's the same playbook as 9/11.
this is all starting to sound like the wars of Mosestaria, Jennymaesia, Shittimism, Lanolinland and Rubyland.

The war was not yet won. And as horrific as the bombs were, multiple times more would have perished in a ground attack on Japan.

Yes, but now we cannot complain if nukes are dropped on our cities.
