Yes I did but now I am not concerned with any of that this isn't about sex or male and female this is coming from a deep longing and and you have clearly been hurting inside for a long time. I just want to help you get through and see if I can help mend that inner damageDid you read the article I posted? Have you read Genesis 6?
I have been going through this for decades, the only one who can fix this is GOD. It was very hard in church to talk to other christians who would tell me, "John you need more of Jesus", "John you only need Jesus" John, you get to spend more time with Jesus" John you just need to put Jesus first"......clearly Jesus wasn't enough for them, they got married and had a family. I actually had a pastor's wife tell me, "John, you need a wife, you're married to Jesus"Oh I understand now I apologize for being so stern. is it ok if we pm I want to see if I can help you
Jesus was very clear, we will be eating, drinking, working, have homes....the one thing YOU don't want in heaven is sex. why not?If it helps, we'll all be in a state of 'joy unspeakable and full of glory' thereAlso, spiritual unity in Christ. I don't think we'll be getting it on there, we'll already be in a state of bliss and gratitude. Btw you remind me of Pres Biden

We are to comfort and encourage each other for a reason sometimes God uses his children rather than intervene personally. I am not going to say any of that to you my heart hurts for youI have been going through this for decades, the only one who can fix this is GOD. The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want.I have never been married. The thought of becoming one flesh is extremely important to me.....to never being alone again. I get the impression some Christians and churches want that being alone to continue for eternity.
Who misquoted scripture? And please give your scriptural defense for #1 for marriage and sex not being the synonymous in the bible, and more than that, #2 where on earth do you get that we will all be having sex with each other in heaven in some kind of holy orgy. You must be thinking of Islam or something. Not as long at Christians keep misquoting scripture.

There is nothing wrong with desiring a wife. But this will not guarantee that you never feel alone. A relationship with a spouse will never be satisfying to you or anyone else apart from one first being satisfied in Christ.
Perishable and corruptible is the current status of the body wherein the world to come is imperishable and incorruption. Nothing will rot or go bad. Fruit will remain ever fresh until consumed and "the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father (Matthew 13:43)." So if you were to throw an apple into the sun, the apple would be totally consumed and converted into energy. And so there would be no need for a crapper, and I'm not so sure we would even produce spit anymore, since its purpose is to help 'break down' food. Also, another argument against blood in the resurrected body is the law of uncleanness although it may simple be that it still exists but is made somehow clean. Anyway, why would ovaries still produce considering there is only a limited amount of them each woman is allotted, and function of the loins becomes irrelevant apart from the burdensome filtering of waste.
So, @JohnB, if you'd stop "priming the pump' so much, the reservoir will be allowed to 'settle' back down to a normal level and get a bit of rest from working so feverishly.

So make a better case than "I think" to come with before calling everyone else out for misquoting scripture. At least they're using scripture.
This is true. But you refuse to deal with the real, underlying problem in your life...you are not satisfied in God. Because of this, you are looking to find in a wife what only God can give. Two are better than one,
because they have a good return for their labor:
If either of them falls down,
one can help the other up.
But pity anyone who falls
and has no one to help them up.
Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
The only one who can help, refuses.
