Yes it is a sin outside of marriage, but there is no marriage in heaven. Jesus did not say there was no sex.

we will become "so complete" in God, in Heaven, things on Earth that excited us and drove us wild, won't have the same spark or emotion.
Being COMPLETED, God, is finishing a WORK HE began in YOU, and it WILL BE Finished and Completed in Heaven, means, nothing can ever tempt us, or tease us, or satisfy us because we are 100% Complete and in Perfection. we will be in a Perfection Zone. and nothing Earth had to offer can compete with Completeness in Perfection.

Where in the old testament is it listed as a sin? There's a whole list of sex sins that are punished with death. This one isn't on the list.
