So according to some Christians and churches there will be no sex or showing affection in heaven. There will be male and female, but the genitals will not be used. We will eat and drink, so we can taste and feel, but no desire for physical attraction. Even though they have never seen heaven and we are told very little about it. They have already decided what you can and cannot do in heaven.
Tell me if I have this right about your idea of what happens in heaven

I would much prefer to allow God to decide what I can or cannot do in heaven.
I like to think there will be many pleasures in heaven. We know it won't be all about worshiping Jesus or GOD, We will eat and drink, have jobs and homes.

Good food, drink espresso all day and talk about soccer and the news.
Jesus already said everyone will be angels in heaven, and not married.
Also, sex will introduce new complications which Adam and Eve did not have to worry about. There will be lots of people in Heaven, and if people feel lust and passion, they may feel it towards others lets say if the spouse is away for awhile. We will be brothers and sisters in Christ...there will be no rules like you can't eat/travel with another man/woman, etc.

If you're going to use the idea of brothers and sisters in Christ, than Christians should never get married. That's incest. Marriage will not apply in heaven. You will not have a spouse in heaven. Marriage was to set restrictions for sex on EARTH. There will be male and females in heaven. What good are genitals in heaven if there is no sex?
We are talking about heaven, not me. Our view of sex is filtered through a corrupt world. People seem to want to apply rules on a corrupt world to a place of no corruption.
Answer the question. Why have male and female in heaven. GOD must have had a reason for keeping 2 sexes.Do you actually want some suggestions, or is this just a rhetorical question?
That's a very juvenile way of looking at this issue. We are spiritual brothers and sisters. Jesus is God's Son, but it doesn't mean that God fathered him physically.
The concept of male and female portrays a picture of submission and leadership; an order of authority that aids all of us in understanding our relationship to our Lord, Savior, Master, and King. Also note that procreation is still necessary in the Millenium. Whether or not we will have glorified genitals in the final state is pure speculation and probably not worth staying up all night to think about.
You are trying to apply earthly rules to heaven. You are seeing heaven through eyes in a corrupt world. If Jesus had not said, there is no marriage in heaven, you would still believe couples were married in heaven.
There will not be any order of authority between men and women in heaven. Jesus was clear about that when talking to the Pharisees about marriage. The woman would not be bound to any of her husbands.
More silliness. There is no comparison between earth and Heaven. We have very little detail about things in Heaven. And that is how God wants it. Eye has not seen nor ear heard...
There will always be an order of authority between heavenly bride and groom. Perhaps if you keep demanding genitals, He will give you female parts. Let's please dispense with all of this foolish and idle talk now and focus on what really matters.

Not just jobs but serious responsibilities. You will not be obsessing about sex in Heaven. So it is time to get married, settle down, and change your focus.
