Dream with 88

I don't mkae threads often so if I make it it is for a good reason. Lately I asked god to speak to me in my nighttime hours whether through music scripture or dreams, I don't recieve dreams from him often so this one here though short is something I am paying attention to. I study biblical numerology no not the copy cat one and even those wird angel numbers you come across but I admit I am not the best at it the number 23 has followed me everywhere this year my apartment number my hospitial room the time stamp of videos it doesn't matter I don't even have to look for it it just shows up but I know what this numbers means and I have almost died six times this year

But I had a dream last night where a lady appeared to me and asked me an odd question, she asked if there is a number that relates you what would it be? I replied the number 88 The number 8 if you calculate it even coincides with my own name and birthday but again I am not the best at understand this as I have trouble finding a reliable source to study it.


I am looking for anyone who might know or have knowledge of this number and why it is so intertwined with me, I didn't say 8 I said 88 I don't dare ask in the bdf

Wow! I had the exact same dream. The woman in my dream said you would know my number and would be able to explain it to me.

Aaack! I suppose there's always that potential to be a horrible monster in each of us, if we become abusive of our authority.

The Hebrew numbers, however, peak differently.
Chet is the 8th letter and has a value of 8, and Pey is the 15th letter and has a value of 80, and perhaps this is where 23, 8+15 comes in.
Chet is representative of grace, and a pictograph of a yoke that connects... among other nuances.
And Pey means "mouth"... and also, among other nuances to it.

I've provided a link to the resource where I obtained this info for further insight along with the (speaking to the general audience which includes myself, as much as directly @Blain) advisory to guard your mouths in speaking of the gospel of grace, lest we find ourselves even marginally emulating Hitler.

Hmm...I'm wishing, now, that I knew exactly how 88 is written, whether PCH or CHP, so I know whether I can call you Pach or Cheph...

Pch and chp? is that basically like the symbol and image that the number and letter or word has? For instance this year on the hebrew calander as far as I understand on Rosh hashanah is 5784 the symbol is Dalet (ד)

I just rechecked your post and saw you already answered my question that is my bad. Now as far as hitler goes that is not a concern to me he wwas very good at using his words but he slaughtered and tortured and did experience on my fellow jews abd his fascination with twins was especially brutal.

I would appreciate it if people wouldn't make jokes about him it isn't funny

But I will say that words do have power as he clearly showed.

Oh @Mem I just realized I didn't mean to say you were joking about hitler but just saying that yes maybe 88 is used by them but that is exactly what the devil does as well he takes what God has made and mocks him with his own twisted version so equating the number 8 with hitler bugs me a bit.

But personally I myself am working more on listening more and speaking less often times I am away because I am seeking his presence in the still waters and humility patience and more love is what I am seeking then this dream came.

He has been giving me a lot of dreams lately which normally I rarely recieve dreams from him but night time especially when I am in bed is my special place with him where I wait for his voice. I am not good at retaining information so I may have to ask the same thing more than once but in my time with him I saw a gate made of clouds with an azure blue glow and a powerful wind was coming forth from deep within it. I feel like a door is what the theme of this year is and the number 8 somehow is related to it.

I am a bit interested if there will be any notable significance of sabbatical years or Jubilees. It is taught that, in order to find out if any certain year is the year of Jubilee, you divide the year by 7 to see which Jubilee it is and 5880 is the 840th sabbatical year and Jubilee years occurs every 50th year. But although I'm intrigued by this certain partition of years, I haven't put very much effort into learning much more than that considering the different dating and the question in the accuracy of the exact which I have no way of confirming nor denying. It's enough for me to know that it will come.

Well God ordained his appointed times and he works with a seven year cycle even Jesus himself fulfilled the feast days on the dot nothing is ordained without precision with him
And I could be wrong but I do believe this is a Jubilee year my memory is not the greatest. I will have to try to find it again but there was several scriptures I studied that didn't just speak on this but even the birth of Jesus was spoken of in one of the old testament books and had people calculated it they would have known that the amount of years until his birth was even given before hand.

It is also very important to understand God uses a lunar calendar not like how we have which is not lunar.

This is why even though to us it is 2023 according to the lunar calendar it is now 2024 so understanding and calculating the times and seasons appointed days ect. we have to make sure it is based on his time clock

I believe what ResidentAlien is trying to say in his tongue-in-cheek manner is, anybody can dream a dream. Doesn't mean the dream has any spiritual significance, and you probably shouldn't jump through metaphysical hoops to try to make it mean something.

Yes I know anyone can do that but when you recieve a dream from god it isn't like normal dreams and there is always at least in the few times I have had a presence it can be an evil presence if it is from the enmy and there are always hints and clues to tell the different.

I don't normally recieve dreams so when I do get them I pay attention I could logic it away and assume oh it is just a dream but discernment is vital especially when it comes to dreams.

You of all people have no room to say anything about doubt, how many times I have told you what God wanted you to hear how I said he is calling you and to pick up the phone.
Now if you were serious then yes I would tell you but you and I both know you don't care what I have to say to you and I am not wasting my breath.

You only mock and accuse me so you think I would take you seriously at all? tell me the number if your serious but I felt a mockery in your words not serious.
