I'm happy to find other aquarium lovers here.
Take me to an aquarium and I won't want to leave. I love watching underwater life. When I was younger I had opportunities to snorkel and scuba dive... what a treat that was in areas swarming with sea life.

Golly, we’re back to the ancient CC single forum style of hating on meatloaf? 😂
Oh man, we've been had!!!

JennyMae remembers our old threads about meatloaf!

Quick, everyone scatter and run for cover!!!

Too late! The Department of Meatlo(a)ves has already been alerted and the meatloaf haters are being presented with all meatloaf recipes for the rest of the week.

From the reactions I can tell that the meatloaf haters literally can feel that the meatloaf loving authorities are hot on y’all’s trail.😂

Never seen a cat cafe myself either. Sounds like a coastal thing.😁

I didn't want to say anything but I also remember that thread and I stand ready to dredge it up if you start yet another one.
Let the old meatloaf thread parade begin.😁

1. Many people mentioned their love of animals and nature. If we planned a group activity, would you be interested in going to a cat cafe? How about an animal shelter, zoo, or aquarium? Tell us what you'd prefer and why!
That's cool! I never heard of a cat cafe. Haven't seen any around where I live, but it makes sense. Cats are naturally calming. Interesting counterpoint to caffeine, right? = ) Figures it boomed in Japan.

I'd definitely go. I love cats. I like zoos and aquariums too.

2. Name one thing you WOULD NOT SHARE, just for fun! (OF COURSE we know as Christians that we SHOULD share. But go back to your 5-year-old self and tell us about that toy, food, or special something you just wouldn't share with anyone!)
Not many things I wouldn't share. I would baulk at sharing my residence with strangers. My date with random male strangers lol. When I was a youth, I may have grimaced at sharing fried cheese sticks and poppers.

3. Name one thing you happily WOULD share, and why. This can be serious or just for fun (for example, I'd gladly offer to share the brussel sprouts my Mom put on my plate yesterday when I visited them -- because everyone knows brussel sprouts are of the devil!)
I would be happy to share any plain celery sticks that got onto my plate. I don't really care for the bitter plant stem flavor, but I find their texture interesting to eat and it's good fiber. I like them with cream cheese/bacon.

And I just found out the correct spelling is Brussels sprouts (capitalized because its origin is from that city). And the plural is Brussels sprouts.

LOL were there some fatalities?
That's actually what I'm most curious to see, if those old threads are still accessible.

I'm wondering if the person who thought it was terrible that we were spending so much time talking about meatloaf is still a regular poster, or if we just bored him/her to death and they wound up leaving!

They probably asked the admin for an 'Ignore everyone in this thread' function. :sneaky:

That's the other thing I can't remember...

Whether it was someone who actually was annoyed, or a longtime poster who's alive and well, still posting today, and was just having fun giving everyone a hard time.

Is someone going to dig up this old meatloaf thread?
I wonder what year that was
