Well, before we even get to that point, which it seems that we can't because this virus (covid 19) has been the MOST politicized virus in human history, we need to establish some basic fundamentals first like free-will and then next compassion (i hope) and then discernment.
But we can't even get step 1 right.

Things Ive learned since my Cancer treatment(they told me afterwards the Flu,Cold ect. my body cannot fight off so I cant catch it)

Anyway as I said we wore mask since 2015 before covid. We take a bowl and make bleach water and wring out washrags and carry them in a sandwich bag when we go to town(cart handles,door knobs,hands ect.) When we buy groceries we have a spot at home where we set the bags and we wipe down every can,box,package of meat, it's mind boggeling whats on brand spanking new groceries the water is brown/grey,lol(imaging someone sick touching their face and then looking at a can of soup and putting it back and choosing another). I don't think a mask is a cure all it's only one part of it that goes along with what you mentioned also...

I think they indicate weakness -- unless the individual has outstanding health problems, and most people don't.

I also think they depersonalize us. I'm not going to explain this right, but I'll give it the old college try: This is a tactic used by tyrants to keep the citizenry divided and unfamiliar with each other. I think Aristotle may have spoken about this.

Well, United States has the second amendment. Why don't we use it against this tyrannical government?

Indeed. Respect free-will is my point. In Japan they've been using them since the late 90s ... for fashion reasons i assume.

Violence is huge step in escalation. It should only be the last resort when all else has failed. Bear in mind that the founders didn't come out swinging after the Declaration was signed. But, they knew that Britain would likely respond with violence. That being said, I believe they would have preferred a bloodless separation.

Funny, many people are complaining about facial recognition technology. Big Brother and so on. Wear a mask, make it harder! Or trust God with your life and pray against what oppresses us.

Okay so if you're being conservative with the usage of the second amendment then do you think you need to do some vocabulary adjustments on how you classify this mask topics by avoiding fear-related words?

Nope, not in the least. It is a tactic, I believe, to instill fear, and I think everyone who does not legitimately need a mask should act in civil disobedience to any mandate.

Not at all. Many in Asia wear masks if they have a cold or flu. It's to help prevent the spread of disease. They've been in use for about 150 years. The Spanish Flu epidemic in 1918 caused mask use to become much more common.

I think C-19 is either going to just fizzle away and not be important or else it's going to mutate into a real live monster but I don't know which time will tell I suppose. I myself would not agree with bearing arms against our government in any type civil war. Against who the Trump administration, it began when he was in power or Biden's administration where it was already there when he took office?

I said the second amendment's in place to protect from tyranny, and it also makes the population very hard to control in case of an invasion (something the Romans learned the hard way). That right to own arms is intended as a last resort.

Gov Kathy Hochul in NY wants implement a policy whereby the government can isolate anyone they feel has a virus. There would be no due process, no medical affirmation of their accusation. They dictate, you disappear. Period. It is in situations like this that I think people ought to civilly disobey first. However, if it continued to the point that that was not working, and masses of people the state didn't like were being put away, I would say that stronger and stronger measures would need to be considered. At what point the guns come out I could not say. Too many variables. But, at some point, they might need to be used -- in such a case.

I'm not sure what I said that is confusing you.

I agree with you that he totally inflamed the situation because he also talks without responsibility and that's how he's lived his whole life.

"Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which is from God. The authorities that exist have been appointed by God." Romans 13:1

Civil disobedience is only acceptable where it has a direct impact impact on our ability to preach the gospel and meet as believers. Christians should be law abiding in general. Disobedience is the root of all sin.
