Not sure if this is tongue in cheek but I would say he is a public figure and he choose to run for the office.

As well, shame on his family and the Democratic party for exposing him to ridicule knowing two years ago he already was showing signs of cognitive decline.

just requested a J6 trial delay until April 2026 in a case where he's charged with allegedly trying to overturn the 2020 election. They argued that the delay is necessary due to the historical significance and massive evidence (8.5 terabytes and 11.5 million pages). A lawyer even used a graph to illustrate that the documents would create a tower almost 5,000 feet tall, about 1/6 of Mount Everest, the highest mountain in the world above sea level, located on the border between Nepal and the Tibet region of China. (Some say Mount Everest (29,031.7 feet) above sea level is mainly located in Nepal!
