You suggest a timeline discrepancy because you assume there were more than 24 hours between the creation of Adam and the creation of Eve.

No, I do not. I'm merely stating the obvious.... if male and female were created on the 6th day, then you must assume that Adam was created from dust, shown the oceans, with the fish, and then he was placed in the garden, and was told to not eat of the tree, then began naming all the animals, was put into a sleep and woman was created, then they were told to go and populate the earth (from the garden?) ....
all on the 6th day.... correct?

Not to mention that God blessed both male and female, and told them to be fruitful and fill the earth, to rule over the fish in the sea, and all the animals of the earth... gave them every plant and tree to eat from.... all on the 6th day.

So, how does the story of Adam and Eve in the garden juxtapose with the 6th day?

Remember, I'm NOT insisting anything here, I'm just speculating and wondering about some apparent timeline differences in the way the creation has mostly been taught. And, it is in no way a salvation issue, any more than speculation about end times.... interesting to ponder and study, but makes no difference in our salvation...

the age of the foundations is in all earth, the earth is a crust that built up on foundation.

When lava burns long enough you get ash forming on top which builds up and acts as a cooling for us.

i look at this completely in a spiritual sense but as metaphysically.
dinosaurs, i believe, are to trip up the atheist.
i think when God literally slammed Satan from where God was at to wherever Satan hit full bodily in the Time of a Lightning Strike [you can get i think 7 strikes per one second] [so it was fast and harsh] on Earth. that destroyed the Dinosaur.

and then with Noah's Flood, after the Creation of Adam, we find places Today, that look like oceans in the mountains, and other things where they don't seem to belong and how they got there...but...it also uncovered bits of dinosaurs.

the Dinosaur, has literally tripped up humanity, almost as much as denying God based on non existence.


The Bible is very clear that how God does things it truly confuses those who people deem as being Wise.
I look at things that make no real sense, because, there's no real answer this side of Heaven.

The geneologies in the Bible often skip generations to show the ones they are most interested in according to the theme they are dealing with; it's not modern history, though it is true, inspired history. Furthermore, the word "day" in the Bible often means a longer period than 24 hours. I don't know how old the earth is; I wasn't there when God created it, and no one else was.

I was just out raking cut hay with my tractor getting it rolled for baling. I am surrounded by mountains, then a Valley forms below me and comes up roughly 25 miles East of me making this big Crater in the middle of a high desert. it's also near here, you can find SEA SHELLS at over 7,000 feet ABOVE the SEA and several States either way to get to any actual SEA like Pacific, Gulf, Atlantic.
Also, several of the major Dinosaurs on exhibit were dug up near here. So, this is an Atheist Paradise, but for me, IT CONFIRMS THE MOST HIGH GOD!

I saw a teaching some years back that touched on the size issues, etc. of animals in the Ark. It is possible that the animals were babies. The idea makes sense considering full grown animals would require much more care. Babies would sleep more, eat less, have no temperament issues, and longer life spans would facilitate repopulation of their species once off the ark.

The idea that dinosaurs went extinct prior to man's creation would of necessity mean that death existed prior to Adam and Eve's sin. And that is not possible.

I think dinosaurs were the among "corrupt" animals god wanted to make extinct, so yeah I doubt they would have been on the ark.

I didnt think either that the dinosaurs were on the Ark but for a different reason. I think they came from the intelligence of the angels who mixed the animals God made into large creatures. Been a long time since I looked into this but I see the angels who left their proper place in the heavens ( year 500 to1000 AA) during the times of Jared and destroyed in the flood in year 1656 from creation. Just my 2 cents
