Each strand of DNA that connects and forms the double Helix is part water, and part blood.If they were able to decode the strands,you'd see that it's the water and the blood that gives life.His Two Witnesses.The strand forms the true vine, and it's also the stick of Ephraim and Judah.
Look at this Chuck Missler video and it's the tribe of Judah/Lion that lifts up the cross,and raises the serpent.
Ephraim/Ox is the top of the cross.
It also goes left to right.
Reuban/Man is lifted up,Dan/Serpent.

Another thing is scripture on sand,water,and the earth.God promised Abraham that his desendants will be as numerous as the stars, and as the sand along the sea shore.
The earth(blood), and sea(water),cover the sand along the sea shore like the water and blood does us.The sea washes over the sea shore.
On earth as it is in heaven.
The beast comes out of the sea shore.All who don't repent are crushed by the heel of the woman.The feet is the water.The heart is the spirit.And the head is the blood.The unrepented are below our feet as serpents.
When God musters up Babylon for battle,the sea will roar like a lion.What happens then?The waves crash along the sea shore and are washed by the water.
In all of Gods creations there is the water, and the blood as a witness.I'll never find them all though.But it is nice to see how God makes everything revolve around his Law.The Law of Love.He created out of love.To know his love is to be washed with the water, and the blood,and receiving the Holy Spirit.

When placing my feet together it creates the cornerstone.just like how the water,and blood is the foundation and becomes one.My feet are the same.The capstone is placed last.I'm talking about a gate/door. But my body is also the Temple.

If the Capstone is placed last.That means it is complete.The keysign and opening the door is a sign to that.It kind of gets you thinking how words can have a spiritual meaning and ends up getting lost in time.
Here's my thought on why hand signs were a thing for people of God.During times of persecution it could have been a secret way of communicating in the open without anyone suspecting anything.
An example would be a handshake.
The thumb is in the image of the covenants.This is a dove hand sign.I call this one broken peace.
Here's the dove of peace hand sign.Both are done with the right hand.The doves head to his heart means that he holds Gods covenants in his thoughts, and close to his heart.If his head is like the first picture, that means he doesn't hold, or have God's Covenants close to his heart.There is no peace between him and God.
When you extend your hand out to shake your hand to someone, you are first making the broken peace sign, and when you place your thumb over the outside of his palm,you are extending your peace to him.
I really believe this is how the handshake originally came to be.And the true meaning got lost over time.Some of hand signs could have came to be after the death of Jesus.But some could be way before his time in the flesh.

It's more likely the ribs.24 for the 12 patriarchs and 12 for the Apostles.They are pitched up.And inside the Spirit of the Lord rests.This doe's make sense.I don't know much on how they set up camp but the Levites did have to get ceremonially clean outside the tent of meeting before entering.Your walk with God starts with repentance, and the feet are just outside the tent of meeting.
This means that everyone who is of God is a tent peg.

you've shared some pretty deep thoughts, I for one have enjoyed reading through.
It reminds me of something my husbands spiritual father/mentor once shared but I can't for the life of me recall it all exactly (he's gone Home so I can't ask him) so I hesitate to share/mention b/c I really don't know/recall enough to make the point,
but it was about during pregnancy the woman's water (which breaks just before going into labor) the blood (newborns covered in blood) and the new life (the new born baby)
the way he shared it and shared a deeper meaning of it just left me speechless and in awe.
maybe someday down the road I will be able to recall and be able to share it better.
