I did see "the buck stops here" for truman, but I didn't think to put the "pass the buck" with it. I probably would have got it when you added the 3-4-5-4 clue, but you would have had to give that clue at least a day. Good puzzle.

I’ll confess that just as I arrived at the answer (after Gary’s last couple of clues), he posted the answer! I actually had posted it, but then quickly removed it. IMG_4530.gif
