Does the holy spirit leave you if you sin
No. The God Who begins a good work in us will continue it until the day of Jesus Christ. But His manifestation will change. He will lead you into repentance. Then, fellowship is restored and you can again walk in the Spirit.

His manifestation will change in a way where your not walking in the spirit is this what your saying.

Is it like the old testament where by you only have the spirit temporarily again is this what you mean

No, nothing like that. A couple of things...

I don't believe you can belong to God and not be indwelt by the Holy Spirit, regardless of whether you are an OT or NT saint. I believe Romans 8:9 is a universal truth just more fully explained and experienced in the NT.

When I say a different manifestation, I mean the Holy Spirit has many different functions. One of His responsibilities is to convict the world of sin. This would include believers. So when we fall into sin, He will come to the believer and bring this to their attention. If this is resisted, He will bring chastisement. His purpose is to bring us to repentance and back into fellowship with the Father. He also guides our steps as we walk by faith, leads us in truth, and a host of other things.

I do not believe that once the Holy Spirit is given that He ever leaves us. I believe God loves with an everlasting love and once He sets His affections on an individual, He will love them throughout eternity.

what is a realm of the flesh ? Is there such a thing ?

A realm is
spiritual

So why can't flesh be protected by the realm of spirit without having the spirit until it receives the spirit. Isn't this baptism of fire.
First comes the father
Then comes repentance then comes the father who draws to you Jesus who draws you to batusm of fire.

Why would the flesh not be protected from start to finish

Flesh isn't referring to your physical flesh. Flesh is a term used in opposition to the Spirit. You are either walking according to the flesh or the Spirit. You are either being led by the Spirit or being led by your natural faculties. One pleases God and the other is enmity with God.

Who are the covenant people?
A covenant means a sacred agreement or a mutual promise between God and a person or a group of people.

Does one new covenant make an older covenant obsolete ?
Yes, that's what "new" means.

your making this verse a centre of one of your beliefs is that correct

8 Those who are in the realm of the flesh cannot please God.

What is a realm of flesh ?

It must be a realm that protects the flesh until the realm of spirit.

What else could a realm of flesh mean ? I'm struggling here

I'm understanding there all combined as one new one
thats not true

3 of the covenants were "I will" covenants. and only one of them had to do with the new covenant, the other two had nothign to do with the new

I'm not centering on anything or trying to convince you of my beliefs. I'm trying to explain a biblical truth.
I'm not sure what version of the Bible you use but if you want to characterize the truth in terms of realms ok. When we walk in the Spirit we are in a spiritual realm. When we walk according to the flesh we are in the natural realm.
Both realms take place here in this world. The difference is the guiding principles at work in us. Are we living according to and guided by God's word or according to the ways of the world.

I have received His confirmation of this.

Why is centering a belief on scripture a bad thing.

Each covenant is a blessing to me lol 😋

Our beliefs should be undergirded by scripture. That wasn't my focus at that particular time.

I was understanding the mount Sinai covenant held the ten commandment that went to each new covenant from there.

But what covenant are the children of the covenant under here

Acts 2:37-39

New International Version

37 When the people heard this, they were cut to the heart and said to Peter and the other apostles, “Brothers, what shall we do?”
38 Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39 The promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off—for all whom the Lord our God will call.”

what promise covenant are the children under since they can't commit to it 😍

Acts 2 concerns the new covenant.

it did not replace the Abrahamic covenant, the Land covenant or the davidic covenant however.
