No. I see no examples in scripture of an unsaved person being baptized in the Holy Spirit.
One of the most ludicrous arguments that I have ever heard in a desperate effort to "get around" the fact that these Gentiles in Acts 10:43-47 had received the gift of the Holy Spirit and spoke in tongues (spiritual gift which is only for the body of Christ - 1 Corinthians 12) and were saved BEFORE water baptism is that Balaam's donkey (in Numbers 22) also spoke in tongues, but that does not prove the donkey was saved either. In the first place, the Lord simply opened the mouth of the donkey to speak in order to rebuke Balaam. The donkey did not receive the gift of the Holy Spirit or the spiritual gift of tongues, which is for believers only. This same ludicrous argument concludes that these Gentiles in Acts 10:43-47 merely received the gift of tongues, but not the gift of the Holy Spirit and were not saved until AFTER water baptism.

People mix the baptism of the spirit. vs the anointing ministry of the spirit.
The holy spirit entering or coming into someone is the anointing of the spirit. as the holy oil was poured on the OT priests the oil representing the HS
the baptism of the spirit is God baptising us into Christ, His death and his body.. of which the washing with water in the river symbolizes (which is what Moses did to Aaron and his sons, John the baptist did to the people and Christ, and the disciples and the church does when they wash (immerse or baptize) people in water

This is incorrect. The disciples were already saved after Jesus' resurrection & before the day of Pentecost. They already believed in Him, but Jesus had to fulfill the Law to bring their salvation.

No, no one receives the "baptism of the Holy Spirit" today. The "baptism" is a myth, like ecstatic utterances are the gift of speaking in unknown languages. A lot of things have crept into the body which people take for granted are true, but they're not.
Regardless of what happened before the resurrection of Jesus Christ, we all must be baptized in order receive the remission of sins and in order to receive the Gift of the Holy Spirit. This is the teaching of Jesus through the Apostles.
Peter answered them, “All of you must turn to God and change the way you think and act, and each of you must be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ so that your sins will be forgiven. Then you will receive the Holy Spirit as a gift. (Acts 2:38)
Just because it isn't written doesn't mean it didn't happen. Cornelius' house was saved & baptized in the Holy Spirit BEFORE they were water baptized.
It is the baptism "so that your sins are forgiven" that saves a person. It is this same baptism that grants the Gift of the Holy Spirit.

Any attempt to deny, ignore, alter or malign this clear verse is a sign of a bias of theology.
Mankind is in a state of guilt and warfare with God because of sin. It is the remission of those sins that puts us into a state of grace with God.

Try to study that verse deeper. not just with your bias. you will see it does not say what it appears to say.
If baptism is required for salvation. anyone from Adam until today who has not been baptized in water is lost.. and since only the priests under the law and disciples starting with Christ were baptized. that's a lot of lost souls

Kindly supply the scripture that identifies what you say here as the truth.
Our acceptance of Jesus by faith in His sacrificial death on the cross is what saves a person. Jesus died for the remission of our sins and the Holy Spirit does not save us. He is the 3rd person of the Trinity and seals us when we accept Jesus by faith. He does not save us.

Alot of denial has marched boldly into the body of Christ and Paul would say to you today 'Who has bewitched you?'
Cessationism is denial of the power of the Holy Spirit indwelling the believer to empower them for life to live as Christ would have us to live.
People like to focus on the gifts but if anyone studies or even just looks up the reason for the Holy Spirit, they will find that His main task seems to be simply enabling our lives from day to day as believers.
