no, it can not. A birth defect happens during and after the child is born. For example, many children are born with missing arms and legs or suffer from cognitive issues, MS, or DS.
Transgender is a MINDSET that stems from child abuse and an identity crisis. A person who is gay most don't Identify as the opposite sex. They are attracted to the same sex, which Homosexual means= like the same kind.
Transgender can be homosexuals, but they are self-deceived in thinking they are a sex or gender they are not. Which was placed on them from 1. sexual abuse, 2. being introduced to porn and having an addiction to it. 3. their parent was a Bad example to them of what they did not want to be. a Mother suffering from coe-dependency appears weak and unreasonable to their children. They see a woman as weak and unable to defend themselves.
The public school system is a haven for sexual abuse and creates identity crises. Only Christ can heal this and set them free.
I could care less how you live. You have to answer to God the same as anyone else. God says homosexuality is a sin. He doesn't care what your opinion of it is. It's already been judged as sin. You love to pat yourself on the back and virtue signal, but you don't care about a gay person if you're telling them they are ok and God made them that way. You're lying to them. They are in bondage and God longs to set them free but the devil uses people who don't know the Bible to make people comfortable with their sin. Sin = Death. That's what the Word says.
