Well Romulans bought a lot of their stuff from Klingons. Even their ships used to be Klingon surplus. Maybe they bought disruptors from them too.

A Tennessee lawmaker issued a dire warning after claiming to have seen classified UFO footage that hasn't been released to the public.
Rep. Tim Burchett, R-Tenn., speculated extraterrestrial life forms could have technology that humanity "can't handle" during an appearance on the "Event Horizon" podcast.
"If they’re out there, they’re out there, and if they have this kind of technology, then they could turn us into a charcoal briquette," Burchett said.

Oh and another thing......my scrupulous assessment of all UFO reports data indicates that NOTHING (absolutely nothing) that
supposed ET's have declared, stated, spoken or communicated was in the least bit true.

i think there are two options, either there are other species of intelligent life and we are just the only ones specifically created with the intent to be God's chosen. or UFOs are us in the far future after Jesus has returned and made earth heaven, after which we will become a space-faring civilization. with no hatred greed or sin at all we will be able to explore to our heart's content even the past.
In a little while some sort of AI will join in on all the forums on the www concerning the UFO's and it will all make perfect sense then. Everyone will give the new member thumbs up's and winner reactions and never realize that the new member was an AI and not a human being at all. In the end UFO's will be second page news compared to the other things it will lie to us about.
