I found a Vietnamese version, this Thai version, and a red bean Chinese version that doesn't use any coconut milk, and it made me wonder if that is what Esau traded his birthright to Jacob for?

There is also a sweet red bean soup, and desserts made with red beans, too... Asian .;)

The name of the monument and its location is what I am after. The location is important "just in case" there are any other similar monuments with similar names in another part of the world.
 
I would have said Statue of Liberty, but you said it's not french, and the acts doesnt fit
