btw, this VERSE shows 2 LORD, Most High God and clearly they are [[either]] One and the Same [Omnipresent], because ONE is at Sodom and the OTHER is in HEAVEN, or TWO Separate representations of the MOST HIGH GOD.

Judah is the Lineage and Jerusalem is capital of the promised land.
