and darkness was upon the face of the deep.

for this to happen there had to be what we call gravity in the very beginning of creation

Not sure what was worse, the song, or the video.

I admit, I lean towards universal compression, rather than gravity. Not sure why, if people say, they don't believe in gravity, they don't believe, that things go down.

It's really hard to prove gravity, but to say things are forced down to earth is common sense.

What I'm trying to say is, don't post that video again. It was horrible! lol

What a stupid argument. What is the mass of a bird? How does it stay aloft? And what happens if the bird quits flying? Even the lightest will fall to the ground. Do you know the density of liquid water? Are you aware that water vapour and other gases quite happily stay in the atmosphere? It's just as well, or we would die of oxygen starvation. Do you know why the atmosphere does not bleed of into space? Obviously you are clueless. And you insult those who dare to disagree with the FE follies. Without gravity, we all die. That is fact.

Not every video can be as good as Conjunction Junction or I'm Just a Bill.

Sorry to disappoint you, but I've seen the effect of an approaching ship coming over the horizon. It's "over" because that is exactly what is happening. I spent 3-1/2 years on a warship. We needed to consider over the horizon. Sometimes, life and death depend on it. Why do you think the crows nest was vital to the safety of a ship? The lookouts needed to be as high as possible to overcome the curvature of the earth. Lookouts were replaced by radar during and after WW2. The principle is identical. Super High frequencies are essential for radar accuracy. Those frequencies are narrow beam and straight, much like light. That's why high flying aircraft are used for surveilance. If the earth was flat or convex, aircraft would not be necessary.
I already proved to you how radar disproved ball-Earth on a different thread. Radar supports a flat Earth, not a ball-Earth.

I could not see the ground in that pic. Where was it?
I doubt you've ever seen an ant's legs either, from any sort of distance, but I assure you they do exist, and they're not hidden by any imaginary curvature of the Earth.

Why doesn't the sun appear to get bigger as it moves closer to my position on the earth?

I think you should better describe your observation, because the sun's apparent size can depend on several factors. But I understand that on a clear day, the sun will appear smallest when it is overhead (around noon), and largest at sunrise and sunset.

My thinking for this is that our clearest view of the sun is at midday, when it is mostly overhead. As it moves further away, there is diffraction of sunlight due to the additional atmosphere it has to penetrate to reach you (atmosphere is thicker closer to the ground, so is easier to penetrate top-down, than horizontally), which can actually make the sun appear larger despite it being further away. Note also it is usually easier to look at the sun at sunset rather than midday, for the same reasons.
