....continued from my previous post.

The question then becomes why will the world be saying "peace and safety". The answer I deduced is that the world will be thinking it is living in the beginning of the messianic age.

Why would they think that? Because the Jews will have embraced the prince who shall come, thinking he is their long-awaited messiah. And as such, he is anointed the King of Israel - making him the Christian bible's Antichrist person. He confirms the Mt. Sinai covenant and the 70th week begins.

Then in 2Thessalions2:1-4, we are told the day of Christ does not begin until two things happen first....(1) a falling away (2) the man of sin revealed claiming to have achieved God-hood.

The falling away suggest that Christians (the church) will still be here at the time the world is saying "peace and safety" of the false messianic age. And that some Christians will fall away from believing that Jesus is the messiah, convinced that the Jews were right all along, and that the Antichrist person that the Jews will have mistakenly embraced as their messiah is the real messiah.

The other option is that the rapture/resurrection takes place before the 70th week begins, and the Christians that fall away are the left behind Christians.

---------------------------------------------

When the rapture/resurrection must take place is before (2) the man of sin revealed, claiming to have achieved God-hood - the transgression of desolation act of Daniel 8:12-13. Which triggers the day of Christ starting.

So my "anytime rapture view" is anytime between right this very second and the day of the transgression of desolation act.

to be continued in my next post.....

...continue from my previous post.

Here is a chart of my "anytime rapture view". The shaded in blue, the window for the rapture/resurrection. The rapture/resurrection "may" happen before the 70th week begins (the pre-trib view) or it may not.

But for sure, the rapture/resurrection will happen before the Day of the Lord begins, started by the transgression of desolation act by the Antichrist - three years, thereabouts, into the 70th week. Not enough information to pinpoint the exact day.

I dont think present day Born Again Christians will see the Building of the third Temple. I think that Temple gets built during the Tribulation.
In Theory, the Temple won't be built to the 2nd half of Tribulation. Up to about 1 year before that point, God's Full Wrath is not being unleashed. We could be in the first part of Tribulation and not know it. Nothing states Day One of Tribulation will be different than Today. It's why I hold to Pre-Wrath Rapture.

The temple must be built and completed around 7 months into the 7 years. i.e in the first half of the 7 years.

In order to fit the 2300 days of Daniel 8:13-14 into the 7 years. Which the 2300 days begin when the animal sacrifices begin again.

Here is a timeline chart I made of the 7-year 70th week.

The stair stepped red line is the path of events to take place between day 1 to day 2520 in the lower right hand corner of the chart when Jesus returns.

Daniel 8 happened in 70 AD Desolation / Sacrifice Ended for Sins, now Abomination sits in.

Daniel 9 begins with this prophet’s beautiful appeal to God. While Daniel was in prayer, Gabriel returned and stated that he had come to explain the rest of the vision described in Daniel 8 (compare Daniel 8:26 with Daniel 9:23). The angel explained that 70 weeks from the 2,300 years would be “determined for” (9:24) Daniel’s people, the Jews, and their capital city of Jerusalem.

These seventy prophetic weeks equal 490 literal years (70 x 7 = 490). It meant that God’s people would soon return from their captivity in Medo-Persia, and that when
that happened, the Lord would allot 490 years from the 2,300 years to His people as another opportunity to repent, serve Him, and proclaim the first advent of the Messiah to the world. The starting point for the 2,300-year and 490-year prophecies is found in Daniel 9:25:

“Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the command to restore and build Jerusalem until Messiah the Prince, there shall be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks; the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublesome times.”

The vision of the little horn and the transgression of desolation is for time of the end.

Jesus Speaks of the Destruction of the Temple
24 Jesus left and was going away from the Temple when his disciples came to him to call his attention to its buildings.
2 “Yes,” he said, “you may well look at all these. I tell you this: not a single stone here will be left in its place; every one of them will be thrown down.”

Troubles and Persecutions
3 As Jesus sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him in private. “Tell us when all this will be,” they asked, “and what will happen to show that it is the time for your coming and the end of the age.”

4 Jesus answered, “Watch out, and do not let anyone fool you. 5 Many men, claiming to speak for me, will come and say, ‘I am the Messiah!’ and they will fool many people. 6 You are going to hear the noise of battles close by and the news of battles far away; but do not be troubled. Such things must happen, but they do not mean that the end has come. 7 Countries will fight each other; kingdoms will attack one another. There will be famines and earthquakes everywhere. 8 All these things are like the first pains of childbirth.

9 “Then you will be arrested and handed over to be punished and be put to death. Everyone will hate you because of me. 10 Many will give up their faith at that time; they will betray one another and hate one another. 11 Then many false prophets will appear and fool many people. 12 Such will be the spread of evil that many people's love will grow cold. 13 But whoever holds out to the end will be saved. 14 And this Good News about the Kingdom will be preached through all the world for a witness to all people; and then the end will come.

The Awful Horror
15 “You will see ‘The Awful Horror’ of which the prophet Daniel spoke. It will be standing in the holy place.” (Note to the reader: understand what this means!) 16 “Then those who are in Judea must run away to the hills. 17 Someone who is on the roof of a house must not take the time to go down and get any belongings from the house. 18 Someone who is in the field must not go back to get a cloak. 19 How terrible it will be in those days for women who are pregnant and for mothers with little babies! 20 Pray to God that you will not have to run away during the winter or on a Sabbath! 21 For the trouble at that time will be far more terrible than any there has ever been, from the beginning of the world to this very day. Nor will there ever be anything like it again. 22 But God has already reduced the number of days; had he not done so, nobody would survive. For the sake of his chosen people, however, God will reduce the days.

I can find examples in every Verse, but I chose this one here, 19 How terrible it will be in those days for women who are pregnant and for mothers with little babies!

Research about what Josephus writes, as he PERSONALLY observed, his fellow Jews being destroyed, Slaughtered, Brutally Ripped apart and into pieces for the fun of it by the Romans. He wrote about a Jewish mother, starving and breastfeeding, forced to eat the infant. He wrote about Romans finding pregnant women and slitting up through their womb area and fetuses falling out and left to die.

You should understand all of Matthew 24, to find many clues about Daniel, before trying to connect to all of Revelation.

The temple will be rebuilt under the authorship of the direction of the antichrist so this scripture can be fulfilled.

3 Let no one deceive you in any way; for that day will not come, unless the rebellion comes first, and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of perdition, 4 who opposes and exalts himself against every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, proclaiming himself to be God.

This man who we call the beast/antichrist will be very christlike and the jews will probably beg him to be their king and their eyes will not be open till he places the abomination that causes desolation.
That's right, Jesus says in Matthew 24: 13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. 15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)

This holy place will be third temple

You should understand the events of 70 ad are in Luke 21:20-24.

But the various forms of preterism does not know when to stop - which in Luke 21:24 is with the times of the Gentiles treading down Jerusalem until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled. Then in Luke 21:25, Jesus goes right to the end of the great tribulation and His Return.

I am totally against Preterism. Jesus said the Temple would be Destroyed. You think a stiff breeze happened by and it fell over? It was a Massacre, Dude!

More specifically, the temple court of the temple complex on the temple mount, out in the open where everyone can see it - and them living in Judaea will know to flee to the mountains.

Yes, but Matthew 24:15 picks up in the end times when the abomination of desolation will be standing in the holy place.

The abomination of desolation is in Daniel 12:11-12. Daniel 12 is about events to take place at the time of the end. Daniel 12:4 and Daniel 12:9.

We disagree here, but that has nothing to do with preterism. Just knowing the facts about 70 AD.

Disregard the preterism comments I made. I thought you were a partial preterist.

The abomination of desolation in Daniel 12:11-12 is time of the end. It did not happen in 70 ad. It will take place 1335 days before Jesus Returns, based on Daniel 12:12.

The abomination of desolation will be the statue image that the false prophet has the people of the world make in Revelation 13:14-15.

It will be a statue image because Antiochus in Daniel 11: 31 prefigured what would be the end times abomination of desolation, by having a statue of Zeus placed in the temple.

I look at what happened in 70 AD as a small scale replica of the big worldwide eruption when the jews reject the antichrist and the MOB is being forced.

There is a lot of debate surrounding the Ezekiel 40-47 temple. And animal sacrifices? Which, I don't want to get into.
I am planning to look into the context of Ezekiel's section on this temple in the near future. All I remember at this point is it is prophesied to be built after Christ returns, but that doesn't make sense given the animal sacrifices. Those are not necessary anymore.

”in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease”
So we see that the temple is built in the first 3 1/2 years.
Then…
”the prince that shall come”
(Antichrist) ”he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week”
the Jews think he is the messiah,
he stops the sacrifice and the oblation “in the midst of the week”
because now he is going to rule.
The Antichrist cannot rule while the church is still on earth.
And he only rules for the last 3 1/2 years before Christ returns to rule.
I think that’s when Ezekiel’s temple is built.
2 Thessalonians 2:7-12 KJV
For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.
[8] And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:
[9] Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders,
[10] And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
[11] And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:
[12] That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

Daniel 9:26 KJV
And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.

Daniel 9:27 KJV
And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

We will see the temple being built,

and the animal sacrifices,

then be caught up to meet the LORD in the air,

then the “prince that shall come” the Antichrist will cause “the sacrifice and the oblation to cease and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate”
Now the Antichrist will rule for a “time times and half a time” 3 1/2 years

Daniel 9:27 KJV
And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.
