In virtual reality games you can do that. Just don't do it in real life.
you still haven't said in what sense could virtual reality be a sin ?

You asked me if virtual reality was a sin.

Why would you ask me that ?

Are you using it for virtual sex ?

That is what I'm asking......when does doing something in Virtual Reality become a sin? You're not doing anything to a real person.

It should be, if a man look upon a Woman with lust, he already is committing Adultery.
Virtual nudity, is based off a real woman's body.
Whoever, the Model, to the virtual reality is, if she creates sexual desire, you are committing Adultery, to the real human woman behind the scene.

Sin is defined in the bible as:
1. Transgressinng the law...1 John 3:4
2. Knowing to do good and not doing it...James 4:17
3. Anything not of faith...Romans 14:23.

I can't believe we're actually having this discussion. If a person can't see committing sin in virtual reality is no different than sinning in reality I'm afraid things are much worse than I even imagined.

do you want justification or do you want prove a point ?.

It sounds like you already have your own answer and justification so I can't see why you even need to ask

Trying to get a Visual here without the visual, if ya catch me meaning.....

So, the Thread Op, is wearing these Goggled Head-Set that allows him to see images of Virtual Women? And, it would seem, to me, there's probably a Category of programs here to be watching. It sells and promotes as a Game Counsel, but even Play Station, lets us run Cable and play music CD's and watch DVD's in same spot you insert games. So, this could be literal Porn. And, by what I read, he acts upon what he is seeing. And because, he is not physically touching the women he views, he wants that to mean, a SinLess Act?

With all things there are pros and cons.

Video games do develop problem solving strategies. visual memory, it can be a social activity.

My son played video games but he also played soccer, swam competitively, has a double black belt and plays guitar. I think as a parent you need to monitor what they play and how much they play.

I believe there have been actors who have played Jesus that never recovered mentally so while I do not want to be naysayer for adults perhaps proceed with caution.

We have had enough people with Jesus complexes.
some post here

There are some adults who pretend to be Jesus.
The mind of Christ is given to believers through the spirit of God.

Theres no pretending to those who have reçieved the spirit.

Believers will Act like Christ for
real without having to pretend.

Including feeling the anguish of sin.

This is why I hated the term "WWJD What Would Jesus Do" Some people can justified anything by saying this. You are putting yourself in the place of Jesus.

you've had your answer John from me Cameron and resident alien.

People have been very tolerant of your reluctance to face facts.

The real person is you putting your self into imaginary sin in a vr world.

It doesn't matter if the virtually character is not real, its the real person being you inside that world that makes it feel real as well as the realistic vr characters
Plus having sences on you to make you feel simulated is as real as it gets from what you've told me.

Virtually reality becomes a sin when your using it for virtually reality porn sex and murder or anything that is consider a sin, having the
mind of Christ would tell you that.

I only race GT7 online

Plus from what I have found out you can make a model of any person you choose such as your favourite actress in TV and have virtual reality sex with her,
I think you might find that's illegal.

There is growing research on the effects of video games on children. Studies of children exposed to violence have shown that they can become immune or numb to violence, imitate the violence they see and show more aggressive behavior with greater exposure to violence.9 Aug 2021

then there's also the fact of how argumentive you have become
And how numb you have become to God's word.

Then there's also the fact that people treat women as meat and commit rape after watching porn or become perverse.

Then there's also the fact that a person's respect becomes numb for other people.

Then there's also the fact that epilepsy can occur from to much exposure to video games. And the wrong type of ego develops

The government know violent games are a sin so do most parents but , that's why games get labelled adult only. But does that stop you from questioning me.

when I have already give you my answer which is yes.

i only play car racing games live on line.

It's become quite clear John that your seeking justification which is also an indication you know deep down it's a sin.
