Not sure if the chat rooms are functional any more... there were lots of threads about it last year,
and it may be that google play store removed the app because it had not been kept updated,
and this work-around was provided last October, though I do not know if it still works...

Spoke with Robo recently, he is currently working on the app and it should be available soon in the play store.

you may never get mic access any ways, as those who financially support this site are given preference.
There is streaming chat happening in the chat rooms as well, alongside whatever else is going on, so
"onlookers" can comment on what is being said, or even just communicate among themselves in real time.
