I am supposed to seek approval on everything but sometimes I do things without asking which bring ....disapproval.
However I learned that not everyone will approve of everything I do. But that doesnt mean it stops me from doing it. Sometimes it is necessary even if someone else does not always like it.
Not sure if I can ever get my head round that. My main thing is to go to God for everything even though He knows what I will do before I even do it, and He kind of trusts me to make my own choices. Because He always has time for me, unlike people, who say...well I am busy doing something else and wait till next week/month/year and MAYBE we can approve it.
By that time the thing would have passed OR you are so stuck in limbo not being able to do anything that nothing gets done.
Anyway. The reason why people just dont tell their parents anything is because they'll just say no or take so long that or tie it up in so much red tape that you never end up doing the things that need to be done. why should a grown adult have to ask for approval to do their own job? Ive never quite got that. Its ridiculous.

If Jesus were my boss at work He would probably not leave me alone to sink or swim but show me the ropes first. Also he wouldnt be too busy to see me if I needed help (I suppose that comes from being supernatural) or get angry that I started without him because he would trust me to get on with it and do the best I can with what Ive got.
Or he actually would send me a helper to make things easier. Not that things are hard but its more fun with a friend who can help out.

God has divinely put you exactly where you need to be. Show the love of Christ in you to others. Forgive and love others, especially to those who are hard to love and who don’t deserve it. As Christ did with us. It wasn’t fair for him that he would sacrifice himself for us sinners. But yet he did. Because he loved us. So we must do the same for others. Everything that we do, we do with a hard working spirit and a good attitude. For we are representing the work of our true master who is Jesus Christ. God is your vindicator. He will see you through it. Let him handle it. You do your part and God will do his part. His promises are true. Just keep believing. Keep having faith in God. Keep showing Christ in you. Keep forgiving and keep loving. Keep being patient and strong, for with Christ you can do all things. And God will reward you. Blessings 😀✝️
My new boss is going to learn that shes just going to have to let me go on and do my job without her lol
Since shes far too busy to have a weekly meeting with me. Its the second time shes had to reschedule. If she does it another time I'll just say hey you are far too busy in your own job to manage me how bout just trusting me for everything to do with the library and let me get on with it lol.

I'll just say when I moved some library furniture around that I cant help it its feng shui and in my blood.
If I have to ask permission everytime I want to do something I'd be like what am I a child.
she did send me some helpers but I couldnt get them to do a job cos I had no tools to do it. They had all mysteriously disappeared with the previous librarian.
anyway, if anyone is still reading this and going what the...?
Its about bosses not being happy and you trying to please them but failing. Maybe they are just never happy unless they micromanage everything to feel like they are in control? Otherwise who needs a boss. lol

I butted heads with my boss once, just once, and he threw his hands up and said, "you know what, you're right, you should run everything the way you want it. Here's the keys and the password to the computer. Call me if you need anything. I'm going to run to the coffee shop and get you a razzledazzleberry coffee. You like it hot, right? or would you rather have it chilled?...You know what, I'll get both just in case..."

Good leaders were good servants before they came into their "kingdom," and they appreciate those working in the trenches. The others are just posers and have no idea that their duty is to give them all the needed support in their efforts to the extent of their ability so that they can run at full capacity.
