We don't notice the US dollar evaporating because it is like those things that Pharaoh would sit on carried by all his slaves. The entire world is holding up the US dollar and it becomes heavier and heavier (they have had it with these trillion dollar spending bills by the US that they are paying for), so they are saying, forget it, let's find something else to hold up. As these countries drop off one by one from carrying the US dollar it will become that much heavier for the countries that are left. Without China, Saudi Arabia and India carrying the weight you can imagine a whole bunch of other countries like Iran, Pakistan, and Indonesia will also stop carrying and soon the dollar will drop like a stone.
