Can you tell us more about your Manasseh ministry? It looks like you're a registered nonprofit, but I can't seem to find anything about an actual brick and mortar ministry. The address given for it seems to be your personal residence.
I had been meaning to add this page to the website anyway, so your request motivated me to put it up there. Thanks for that lol.

Hopefully, you'll understand after reading this: perseverance – MANASSEH (22mana.com)

so in your view in 95 or 96 God withdrew the gift of prophecy

My view is that John was referring to the book of Revelations. But at around 95 or 96 you say the gift was still operating.
All the miraculous manifestations of the Spirit, the gifts as noted in 1 Corinthians 12:8-10, were so manifested y the laying on of the apostle's hands, and when they died and as well as those that had received the "gifts" thru them, they then ceased to exist.

did any receive the gifts of the Holy Spirit [more accurately the Gift of the Holy Spirit] without the laying on of hands?

You're not understanding quite correctly. Per Acts 2:38, all believers who are baptized receive the GIFT (singular), not gifts (plural) of the Holy Ghost. Per this scripture, we all who were baptized into Christ receive the Spirit itself, the indwelling if it.

Does the Holy Spirit when He comes manifest Himself in any way, will He manifest Himself differently in us than He did to folks in the bible?

Yes, sounds like as of right now it's still just an idea. You seem to have all the answers but you can't get any support from anyone who has actually met you. Says a lot.

Jesus said we would always have the poor among us: Matthew 26:11,
Mark 14:7, John 12:8. Also Deuteronomy 15:11, and possibly others.

Kudos to you for your efforts on behalf of lessening the suffering of others .:)

Once again, you're confusing the two things. Manifestation of the Spirit means those outward miraculous things such as healings, tongues, miracles, prophesy, etc. The Spirit dwells in us upon baptism with no outward, noticeable signs. Our sins are forgiven, we receive the gift of the Holy Ghost, and are added to the body of Christ by the Lord which is his church per verse 47 of Acts 2. This happened to them in biblical times as well as us today, but as mentioned, those who had the apostle's hands laid on them were subject to receiving gifts. Not all however since the scriptures say that prior to the laying on if their hands, the apostles prayed that they MIGHT receive the gifts. So it wasn't automatic to everyone necessarily.

You're obviously not a Christian. So, why spend your time on this site to be hateful to be people who do their best to love and serve the Lord?

I met a bunch of people who say they're Christians, but when it comes to obedience to the Lord, I found them lacking in faith.

For some reason in this country, people only like giving money to charismatic grifters who promise them false hope in a non-existent prosperity Gospel. I refuse to be that guy and lay it out like it is. People don't receive me well I suppose.

Unfortunately, it's because people don't want to be obedient to His commands to sacrifice for others. He was prophesying the disobedience of the many it would seem.

Study the scriptures CAREFULLY yourself. Also, see my threads on the subject of spiritual gifts, 4 parts, posted here recently which might help you understand as well as cites the specific scriptures.

There it is, the "you're not a Christian" bit. Okay, I must not be a Christian then; if you say so.

"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." It would seem you like to talk down to people, so I assumed that's how you wanted to be treated.

But I'll stop being mean now.

You asked, I delivered. I sacrificed everything I could sacrifice to the cause and wanted others to be obedient to Christ with me. Homeless and poor people continue coming into churches and the churches can't help because they don't have the resources. I want to build a resource for them and give them a place to minister to these people.

But, don't worry my friend, you won't have to do anything to help. You just stay here on the internet and be self-righteous and talk down to people who are putting it all on the line for the Lord's sake. You're doing a great job at it and I don't want you to stop on my behalf.

Read the scriptures closer. If for an unscriptural reason, namely for infidelity, you cause each other to be adulterous if remarried or if engaged in subsequent sexual relations, and adultery is a sin.
Read your own post again.

There's an IF in there.

Three, actually.

Consider the implications of those two little letters, and then re-read my previous post.

That may certainly be part of it, but the greater part of it is that you cannot force people
to get better, to be better, to look after themselves better, to get the help they need in
order to live better lives. There are many organizations and programs and institutions
helping those who for whatever reason cannot help themselves, usually some kind of
trauma, and perhaps also mental illness, mixed in with being spiritually destitute.

However, having these helps in place may at least serve to keep some of them alive
long enough to come to a place of accepting the Truth of God's revealed written Word,
and that is certainly worth a lot, and a noble service to be a part of, or head, as you do.

I'm aware of the 2 little letters which is why they were inserted to begin with; for clarity

Is that the way you respond to those who won't give you money? Tell them they're not Christians and blame them for your lack of success.

In 95 or 96 AD. For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: (Rev 22:18)

What are "these things? They are all the prophecies within Revelation which are meant to give Christians an overview of the future of (a) the earth, (b) the righteous and (c) the unrighteous. John is clearly warning everyone that this book is the final book of prophecy as well as the final book of the Bible.
You mistakenly equate "prophecy" with "scripture", yet we can see in Scripture evidence of prophecy that is not recorded in Scripture, which completely undermines your position.

Acts 11:27-28 During this time some prophets came down from Jerusalem to Antioch. 28 One of them, named Agabus, stood up and through the Spirit predicted that a severe famine would spread over the entire Roman world. (This happened during the reign of Claudius.)

Tell me: How was it that Agabus was known to be a prophet prior to him delivering this prophecy?

it's a little late for me for I've seen too much and personally received too much.

This is my opinion

God will match a person's faith, if they believe for salvation, if they believe for sanctification, what we might call the inward workings of the Holy Spirit then that is what they shall have in accordance with the word they have received.

... if you believe for more you'll get more.

Whatever the scripture says.
