Why do christian woman refuse to wear headscarf when praying?

The head coverings for women has to do with ----God's Spiritual order ---it has nothing to do with being called a true Christian which comes by way of receiving Jesus as your Lord ans Saviour ----the husband is the head of his wife and God is the head of Christ ---so by wearing the head cover the woman is showing submission to God's Spiritual Order ----the scripture tells you that -----so the scripture says the woman is to wear the head covering when she prays or prophecies -----it doesn't say she needs to wear a head covering all day long unlees she is praying all day long ----which I doubt ------
Also I think God is more interested in where your heart lies then He is about your head being covering when you pray ---
If you read about the Corinthian Church they were a pretty corrupt Church ----Paul was trying to straighten things out
What are the major issues that 1 Corinthians addresses?
Paul writes to the church in Corinth to address some big problems: division, sexual misconduct, confusion about food and worship practices, and controversy surrounding Jesus' resurrection. Paul says these issues can be resolved because Jesus is alive.

I would gladly share with someone who's sincerely interested, but personally I don't feel it's a thing to push on other Christians. Even though I do wear a covering, I believe Paul's main message in 1 Cor. 11 was Godly submission. If a Christian lady has that down and doesn't wear a covering I don't judge her.
But it's true that it has become a less common practice in America. What is interesting is that in Latin America and Eastern Europe and probably many other places, it's not so uncommon for Christian women to wear coverings at least to church. I've never been there, just from people I know from there or pictures I've seen.
The question of "pushing" would not arise if that passage was properly taught in every church like every other passage of Scripture. And actually Christians women should be teaching their sisters, not waiting for the men to bring this up. The fact that this has been a practice among other Christians (as you pointed out) for a very long time speaks for itself. And let's keep in mind that even in North America and Europe women wore hats to church (until a few decades ago) or covered their heads even without having heard the biblical teaching.
I do know you're right about this.
The reason I'm hesitant to teach others is cuz not too long ago somebody gave me an explanation about 1 Cor. 11 that made me really question my beliefs, saying that it was talking about spiritual coverings and only applied to married women. So I'm a little unsettled about my beliefs on it.

As I have repeatedly said, we need to go back to stoning sinners. God told us to kill the transgressors.

They also wore corsets and could hardly breath.
I'm all for doing things that honor God, but outward displays without inward reality is meaningless. God is either present and inhabiting the prayers and worship of His people or He is not. Spiritual people will know.
Do you really think any of us can actually pray and worship God? He is holy and infinite. We are finite and sinful. How do limited, polluted people even begin to relate to Him apart from His divine aid? Better to concern ourselves with hearts than hats.
