okay, so I'm listening to this video about cellulite, and what is one thing he mentions that helps with it?I once read that walking backwards works parts of your leg muscles differently, so for fun I've tried it. For what it's worth, I'm a male, and didn't even consider this until you mentioned it. I don't think the photos were seductive or had any hint of sexual innuendo. If so, to what point do we self-censor? In some Muslim societies, even the ankles of women (not to mention the faces and necks) are considered improper to share - do we ban all photos of anything female?
I would be more understanding if it showed a woman's bikini or bust areas, but honestly, I can't even be sure on the gender of that leg! (Some males shave their legs!) In my opinion, it comes under fair use.
In our culture I know that it isn't a shocker to most. But if we see it the way God sees it, it's truly nakedness. Isaiah 47:2&3 "...make bare the leg, uncover the thigh...Thy nakedness shall be uncovered, yea, thy shame shall be seen..."
I'm glad you didn't stumble over that thumbnail. I know everyone these days, at least in our culture, is bombarded by nakedness and immodesty and you can't totally escape from it. And you almost get used to it. But on a Christian site it should be pretty safe, and even if it didn't bother you, that's not to say every other young guy wouldn't be bothered.
It's really sad how Christians have become so insensitive to this issue. When we aren't conformed to the world then our minds are renewed and we can see what pleases God. Romans 12:2
