Let us not only remember the innocent 6 million Jews that lost their lives in the Holocaust. But let us make sure the church is not a part of todays Antisemitism. We must let the younger generation know about the Holocaust, why it happened and make sure they know God still loves the Jewish people.

I agree so much with this! I'm really surprised that there are actually Christian who despise Jews. I don't care what they say. If God still loves the Jews and regards them as the same as the Israelites of long ago and has brought them back to the land He promised to them, then I'm going to love them too and stand by them as He does.

I agree 100% And I do not understand it either. Sometimes I think they are reading a different Bible. You hit the nail right on the head.

And in some other Christian forums, people even blame the Jews for the holocaust. It’s baffling how free will works and why some people have lost their minds but this is the world we live in.

Agree, just stunning to think people say it never happened in the first place. I made sure my nephews knew about it. Then we went to a local museum where they had captured a Nazi flag and the American soldiers had signed their names all over it. It was good for them to see that bit of history.

Still tragic, I agree, but as Nehemiah6 notes, what is more tragic is that mankind didn't learn the lessons of history, and have just experienced a "vaccine" holocaust which will dwarf the first (if it hasn't already). It only took ~80 years for people to forget what the Nuremberg trials were all about.

I was under the impression that 1/3 of all Jews on earth died as atonement for killing 1/3 of the Godhead and that is also why Revelation says 1/3 of the people on earth will die during the tribulation.

Also, in addition to the Jews I thought 5 million Christians and "undesirables" were also killed.
