You have to call out the trump before leading your off-suit ace .;):giggle:
I believe I did with my very first reply to op post 5. I said the gifts of the spirit need to be talked about apropiatey first, but what I couldn't say was the revalation of the prophecy first.:)

So I called out the trump, sat patiently for 10 pages befor revealing the double ace.

But I did chuck the od ace in between, it kinda kept me in the game.

But there is more aces to come.

Like this one should I stay or should I go

If I go there will be trouble, but if I stay I have another double.πŸ˜‰πŸ˜Š

Clearly, you’re full of yourself and are incapable of recognizing when you are wrong.

A prophecy is when the spirit is talking through someone's lips.
really?

Simon Peter answered and said,
β€œYou are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
(Matthew 16:16)
by your definition that is prophecy.
is that the Bible's definition?

Isaiah 10
Woe to those who make unjust laws,
to those who issue oppressive decrees,
2 to deprive the poor of their rights
and withhold justice from the oppressed of my people,
making widows their prey
and robbing the fatherless.

Jesus said this to the religious leaders of His day in Matthew

23:13, β€œWoe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites; for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go.
seeing that Christ is God,
i rather think it is more correct to say that God is repeating things He has said once before.

i mean, just because Jesus says "
love one another" doesn't mean Leviticus 19:18 is prophecy.

It seems to me The true message of prophecy is to help those unbelievers, a widow repersents grievance, and in a state of seperation, who needs Jesus more than ever in there life.

And unbeliever is also in a state of seperation and Needs Jesus in there life,

I suspect that Jesus was truly sad that the unjust Judges where not welcoming them into God's kingdom , and separating them further from the kingdom,

Which shouldn't happen because they had confessed an oath befor God to serve.

My feeling Jesus had to speak through the unjust Judges.

This is where I've been searching the bible for prophecy, where I have found many aces, (nuggets).
That I'm now waring like buttons,
Is there anything wrong with that.

I suspect I have no idea what your talking about😊
Luke 18
1 And he told them a parable to show that they must always pray and not be discouraged, 2 saying,
β€œThere was a certain judge in a certain town who did not fear God and did not respect
people. 3 And there was a widow in that town, and she kept coming to him, saying, β€˜Grant me justice
against my adversary!’ 4 And he was not willing for a time, but after these things he said to himself,
β€˜Even if I do not fear God or respect people, 5 yet because this widow is causing trouble for me,
I will grant her justice, so that she does not wear me down in the end by her coming back!’”

1 Corinthians 14:22
Therefore tongues are for a sign, not to those who believe but to unbelievers; but prophesying is not for unbelievers but for those who believe.

Not Just one Judges, from the way isiah 10 speaks and mathew.
I have discussed many times
This verse.

This verse is befor the Judge spoke like Jesus did in the next verse.

The next verse says listen how the Unjust judge speaks now

7 And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off? 8 I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?”

this is not how the unjust was speaking in the previous verse.

he didn't care for God and probably had been giving unbelievers widows harsh Justice or no Justice at all.

more than likely each time he gave them Justice he just simply said something like, I don't care. Not even mentioning God or the son of man in each act of Justice he carried out.

but yet he speaks like Jesus did all the way through

listen how the Unjust judge..
7 And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off? 8 I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?”.

This now gives hope to unbelievers.
this is how God's children are to welcome people.

the attitude of unjust Judges was clearly demonstrated in Isaiah 10 and Mathew that they where preventing people and seperating people from entering his kingdom.

Jesus had to change theese laws by speaking through the Judges, that was the only way People who don't give Justice was going to give Justice for God's name sake,

so I've searched for scripture to show that if a Jesus can speak through somebody that doesn't have the spirit, then why is there such a hard time in theese forums believing somebody who does have the spirit can.

that's all this thread is about

This thread is to help our brother blain.

This thread is for our friend blain a Christian partially blind whom God is using to prohesise for his name sake.

who started a thread called the next generation.

So I would suggest all you people uplift our brother Blain.

Because this thread isn't about me,
I only fear God theese day
I know I'm blessed with wisdom and my wisdom is strong with the ability to quickly not let any insults bother me intimidation and baiting, how ever blain is in a state of upset.

and he needs friends.

Any my weekend is over now, for the next seven days I'm traveling through France back to Scotland and across to Ireland, long haulage.

I may only have a quick ten mins here and there to my self.
But I'm going spend that time with the lord alone I think.

Anyway peace to you, and er maybe people may see also that the very essence of the spirit of prophecy is to be a witness For God's kingdom.

So a person truly seeking the lord would more than likely have the spirit of prophecy descend upon them.

This verse tells of how God speaks.
are you calling Him the unjust judge?

Who is the widow in the parable?
What is she pleading for?
Who is the wicked, evil judge in the parable?

why is the perfect thing to say next, "will the Son of Man find faith on earth when He comes?"

Morning-Have you read a book by John Lennox he wrote about a dozen years ago, β€œThe Seven Days that Divide the World?’ He seems to have a good feel for relating everything to God.
never heard of it, but I will look it up!

thanks =]
