amen yes I believe if Christian’s would act in love towards others Christian’s and also non Christian’s then we would see a lot of movement.
I agree, but I was referring to our love for God. The church does teach love for our neighbors, but the vast majority of churches do not teach folks....How to love God. That teaching was lost in their misinterpretation of Pauls teachings on Grace. The "Not by Works" part of his teachings....where keeping Gods commandments are looked upon as if they were sin!!!
Makes no difference that Jesus taught...."Those who love me, will keep my commandments" (John 14:21).
Our love for God, this is the Rock on which Jesus taught, "The wise man will build his house."

But as you know, many are taught keeping Gods commandments are the "Works" of the Law, the works which Paul opposed. Because of this, these folks who are taught these things, never live a life, a life which full of Gods Grace. Instead they occasionally stumble upon Gods Grace, but because of this false teaching, they never understand exactly why they received his Grace.

Ahh....to open their eyes, to teach them why they received Grace. That my brother, that is my goal!!
If I could have just one week, with them following a simple teaching of what they must do to receive Gods Grace. One week of them basking in the Grace of God...THEN... they will know the Truth. Then they will see for themselves, the false teachings of men, teaching to which they will never want to return.
My brother.....We argue with words. Sure they come from Jesus Christ and his disciples, but the world sees them as OUR words. As long as they look at us throughout these eyes...our words do not matter.

Look at Paul, before his conversion. He heard the truth from the Lords disciples, yet their words had no sway over him. On top of that, he heard first hand.....about all the miracles and he was not swayed.
It was the spiritual intervention of Jesus Christ that turned him. And that's what it will take to turn others back to the Truth.

How?
I once heard of a man who had an ugly growth on his nose, a growth for which the doctors had no cure. Over many years, his shame caused the man to become very lonely. One day a stranger came to his house, and upon seeing the growth, told the man he knew the cure. Excitedly the stranger told the man, that if he kept fresh cow manure on the growth, it would fall off within a weeks time. The man laughed at the stranger, and in anger send the stranger on his way. Strangely enough, the neighbors did not see the man for over a week, and when they did see him again....the growth was gone.

“I agree, but I was referring to our love for God.”

so was I brother

“Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him. By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments. For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.”
‭‭1 John‬ ‭5:1-4‬ ‭

If you think about what Jesus teaches how you treat other people is how you are treating him, to love God right is to love one another right

“Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: for I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me. Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee? Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee? And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.”
‭‭Matthew‬ ‭25:34-40‬ ‭KJV‬‬

sort of if we love other people that’s everything god has always wanted from us to treat each other with love is to honor God and obey God and love God

if you notice even the Ten Commandments are predominately about how we treat each other. We steal from each other ,lie to each other , kill each other , commit adultery against each other , bear false witness against each other we’re commanded to honor our parents (other people) ect Gods only desire for man is that we treat one another the right way as he taught us that is , to love and honor him, when we love and honor or each other

“Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.

But whoso hath this world's good, and seeth his brother have need, and shutteth up his bowels of compassion from him, how dwelleth the love of God in him?

My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue; but in deed and in truth. And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before him.”

I find it cute how some really have to explain this when it was said best "The Gentiles, of course. "

This "amen yes I believe if Christian’s would act in love towards others Christian’s and also non Christian’s then we would see a lot of movement " Yet "some" still will not do it. To know, to speak truth yet not do it hmm what does that mean. Set in our ways or rebellious, I'm right your wrong. So what I said will not make sense.

“I agree, but I was referring to our love for God.”

So was I brother ‬‬
My apologizes, I'm not making myself clear.
As you well know, there were two types of commandments Under the Law of Moses, as are two, Under the Law of Christ. They have wisely been coined as.....the laws of Omission and laws of Commission.

Feeding the hungry, and clothing those who are naked, etc...are the Works of the Law of Christ, just as there were over 600 Laws of Works under the Law of Moses. Which as you know, was what Paul was referencing when he said, " Not by Works, but by Grace".
The Laws of omission have never changed, well at least not many of them, which is why Jesus said in (Matthew 5:18-19).....
For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

Jesus was not referring to the Laws of Works here, which was the part of the law, the Jews followed faithfully. No, He is referring to the Laws of omission....AKA, the Ten Commandments.
Which is also what Paul meant in (Galatians 3:10)...
For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continues not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.
In other words....Those Jews who tried to gain their salvation by faithfully keeping the "Works" of the Law of Moses.., are cursed!! And those who do not continue faithfully, the Ten commandments....are also cursed.

When the mainstream churches teach Paul's, "Not by Works, but by Grace" teachings, they are including both the....Laws of Omission (Ten Commandments) and the....laws of Commission. Basically, the mainstream church has......thrown the "Baby out with the Bathwater". Teaching the Gentile believer, they are not under any of the Laws of God. Some of these believers do manage to keep the "Works" part of the Law Christ, but fail miserably in trying to keep the "Moral Laws" of Christ. And Many don't even try. Causing them to remain as Liars, Thieves, adulters...Etc.

Jesus proclaimed to us, there is but Two Commandments......To Love God the Father, which are The Laws of Omission and To Love your neighbor.....the Laws of Commission.
Which part of the Law brings about our death? Is it the Laws of Omission or Commission?
It is the Law of Omission.....
(Romans 7:7-12)
What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet. But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin was dead. For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died. And the commandment, which was ordained to life, I found to be unto death. For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it slew me. Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good.

Now notice the answer Jesus gave the man in (Matthew 19), the one who asked him, "What must I do to gain Eternal Life?"
(Matthew 19:16-19)
And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life? And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments. He saith unto him, Which? Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother: (The Laws of Omission)
.....and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. (The Laws of Commission)

A believer will never experience the changing of their hearts, without keeping the Laws of Omission. Because the heart is changed....through the Laws of Omission.
And if the heart is not changed, (Born Again) the believer will unable to keep the Laws of Commission. Jesus told the man who asked this question to give all his possessions to the poor.
But what did the man do?
Continued....
(Matthew 19:20-22)
The young man saith unto him, All these things have I kept from my youth up: what lack I yet?
Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me. But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions.

He walked away.....because he was lying to himself about being able to keep the Laws of Omission...as he had claimed. If what he said was true...he would have been able to keep the second of the Lords...Two commandments.

yeah moses law has nothing to do with Christianity though that’s Israel’s law for Israel’s covenant

“Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law. For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.”
‭‭Romans‬ ‭13:8-10‬ ‭KJV‬‬
