I'm beginning to wonder if the two witnesses are truth and integrity, which are currently lying slain in the street, and the good news is that it's been almost 3 1/2 years since, three very loooong days.

What kind of person can charge another person, in this case a former President of the United States, who got more votes than any sitting President in history, and leading candidate (by far!) for the Republican Party nomination, with a Crime, when it is known by all that NO crime has been committed, and also known that potential death & destruction in such a false charge could be catastrophic for our Country? Why and who would do such a thing? Only a degenerate psychopath who truely hates the USA.

Not only is he semi-literate but this clearly shows that he is a madman!!! He should be incarcerated for the rest of his life!

What crime was he convicted of that should cause this?

We'll see. If he is tried in DC there is a good chance he would be convicted because over 90% of the residents are Democrats. Even still, it would probably get turned over on appeal.
BTW...what exactly did he say that incited a riot?

Wishful thinking! Juries are selected from among the people, then examined by the attorneys in a voir dire. They must be acceptable to both sides, so your claim about the DC population has nor merit.

On the contrary...if 90% of the jury pool are Democrats, every time a Trump supporter is made known, they can be dismissed without cause by the prosecution. It's conceivable that the entire jury could be Democrats. Not exactly a jury of his peers.
You should study up on voir dire. In principle it looks fair, but isn't always practically.

This is just fiction. Why do you think that party affiliation has anything to do with being an impartial juror? Do you think that Democrats aren't capable of being fair?

He hasn't been convicted of any crime -- yet. He is just inciting his (disturbed) base to violence because he faces indictment. That is a perfect example of his megalomania.

He will never be convicted of anything.

They are criminals on both sides, and they protect each other because they have dirt on each other. to convict one means they have to convict many. That's not going to happen.
