I forget what year I last went to the dentist.
I've been fortunate to have good teeth, however, I can't let dental health be someone else's responsibility. I'm not saying that this is for everyone. This has been working for me though.
I took a couple courses in natural dentistry, have my own dental instruments and developed a better habit of more frequent self checkups. By the help and grace of God,
I caught some superficial "cavities" before they went very far and was able to reverse them. Now I'm working on two last ones that are more stubborn in the back molars. It's not a quick grind a big hole, weakening the tooth, and fill with mercury and lead with a little silver as all dentists did for generations. It is gradual work on the surface, dental hygiene and diet to put it simply. This is much safer than my dentist and hygienist would do for me.
