You would need to read and understand Hebrews 2 to answer that question...a man cannot be in the process of being made perfect if he already is - that would be impossible.

If Jesus wasn't perfect until after He died, then His sacrifice wouldn't been accepted. The sacrifice is examined for imperfections before it is offered.
God does not become righteous by having sin in Himself, which condemns Him.
when He touches a dead body He does not become unclean, but the body becomes clean - because in Him there is no uncleanness.
if this were not so then there is no salvation:
a sacrifice must be unblemished. if Christ is tested and not found perfect then He cannot be the propitiation for sin.
The Lamb is spotless.
Correct there is no condemnation in Jesus because God removed it from His Son on the cross. That was the Victory!
Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, 2 because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death. For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the flesh,[b] God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be a sin offering.[c] And so he condemned sin in the flesh
Should you be tempted to say Jesus had no condemnation then why did God send His Son in the flesh? And what precisely in Jesus did God condemn?

the body of Moses did not decay in the same way as a normal human's body did. this was not the result of diet and exercise.

What's He doing by drinking it?
What happens to you soul if He drinks it?
What happens to your soul if He doesn't?
What does your soul deserve to have happen to it?
Christ has power to lay down His life and power to take it up again. no one can take it from Him, only He can lay it down.
in what universe would He possibly be afraid of death? did He forget what He has power to do? did He go insane?
Yes, Jesus knew that if he remained sinless and gave his life that God would raise him from the dead.
Jesus did not want to go through what he knew was coming. That's why he asked God is there was any other way. There wasn't. So Jesus set aside his own will and did what God needed him to do.
Luke 22:42 Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.
It was not easy for him to do, but he did it.
