hi all, my friends calls me noby as I've ve always got honob or two, sometimes I get called called snobby hobnob, especially when I've ran out out of my yummy yummy hobnobs. but today I'm not snobby because I have just had some cheesy hoby nobys delivered, ❤️

Hmmm oh yes there is,. all-purpose flour mixed with cabot alpine cheddar cheese, some unsalted butter some thresh thyme, some salt and fresh cracked pepper, some ice water and eggs,
a food processor with a good grater,. and there you go. the cheesier the better,

haha wiki. my mum told me hobnobs where first invented and cooked on a hob, by somebody experimenting with nobs of butter, hence the name hobnobs. they became so popular they made it all the way over to Canada from Ireland.

haha the more nobs of flour and liquid you put in the mix, it normally half an half. goog luck and happy nobbing as I always say :)
