Yes, Jesus had a sense of humor. There is not a lot recorded about it, but it can be seen in some of the accounts about him.
Here are a couple of examples:
On one occasion, Jesus and his disciples were traveling to Jerusalem for an annual festival, when it got to be late in the day he sent his disciples into a Samaritan city to arrange lodging, but the men of the city refused to allow them to stay. When the disciples told Jesus what had happened the two brothers, James and John, asked Jesus, “Shall we call down fire from heaven (lightning) to consume them?”
Jesus told them no, however, after that the Bible records that Jesus sometimes called the two brothers, “the sons of thunder” no doubt it was sort of a good natured inside joke among Jesus and his apostles.
